Nuno the host was very attentive and helped a lot with all the questions. Apartment fully equipped with all necessary staff even Netflix subscription. The location of the apartment is very comfortable close to the best beach and marina. Spar supermarket is in walking distance. Everything was great. Thank you!

The staff is very professional, and the platform is easy to navigate. The terms and conditions are transparent and understandable, and the service is excellent. The only recommendation I have is regarding payment services. Recently, Flatio changed its payment platform and bank, and not all payment cards are accepted i.e. credit cards issued in certain regions are not accepted. This means that neither Apple Pay nor online payments can be made if your banking card is issued in a non-supported region. In such cases, the only available payment option is bank transfer. Therefore, my recommendation is to provide a complete list of supported regions for online payments (via credit card, Apple Pay, etc.). Alternatively, they could try removing this limitation by making available that payment option for currently non-supported regions. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the provided services.

This was my first experience using this service. The system with signing a lease agreement is a bit confusing, but you can figure it out. My impressions of the service are the most positive. I am glad that such new projects as Flatio are appearing.
