Cozy and charming apartment with beautiful art in a very central area of Paris. It has all the covenient appliances and comforts for a long-term stay. The apartment is very well stocked, like home away from home. We typically buy or bring our own things, but it is nice if you run out of something, and it's available. A kitchen is perfectly stocked for French cooking (I highly recommend taking a French cooking class while in Paris), it has an induction stove and an oven, a big toaster, several types of coffee machines (e.g. filter coffee or capsules, although we travel with our own Moka pot). Having a dishwasher and a washing machine was very convenient. The apartment has two desks and one large dinner table, so plenty of space to work at. Very fast internet - great for remote work. It has TV and all the channels, youtube, etc. The bed was comfortable and each room has heating for cold nights / months. Good lighting to read books or work. It can get hot in the summer but that's typical for Paris where historic buildings do not have air conditioning. The location is excellent right by the prettiest square in Paris, Place des Vosges, very close to everything, many cafes, shops, markets around. The apartment is in the back so it is very quiet despite many people on the street during the day. Serge was very responsive when we needed help. I highly recommend it.

The experience was ok, the owner was as expected, except that I am tall, in the pictures the apartment looked very big, in reality for me personally it was small, at 105kg and 1.85 it is almost impossible for me to climb that ladder, otherwise everything is perfect

My family stayed in this beautiful apartment for 23 days. The apartment is spacious, and it has everything you need. They really enjoyed their stay there. It is located in the 12th district which is very safe and peaceful location, and you can get to the city center easily by bus 8E. We highly recommend it, and will definitely stay again next time. We stayed here for five months, and it was a wonderful experience. Richard was a friendly, responsive, and helpful host throughout our stay, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The apartment was perfect for our needs and had everything we could possibly have wanted. Aliz is so helpful and the unit is sooo comfortable. You have everything you need in the room. It literally feels like home. The internet speed is amazing for two of us to use. We need to use zoom all the time at the same time and there was no issues.

Nice comfortable apartment in a safe area. Near tram and metro plus lots of supermarket options. Bonus about the location is that the Neos Kosmos Saturday farmers' market is literally round the corner!

Everything was perfect. The location was fantastic – close to Lužanský Park and the main tram routes. The owners were very helpful and always ready to assist with anything. I fell in love with Brno and I think this flat was the PERFECT choice for me. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Very peaceful stay. I loved the apartment. It was very spacious and perfect for a month stay in Budapest. It's a short walk from public transport and well connected to the rest of the city.

Tiago was a wonderful host--it is my first visit to Porto, and Tiago went out his way to ensure it went well, and printed a map of the area to help me get to the places I needed to get to during my stay. The apartment is small, but perfect for a single person, and the view is so stunning, I found myself preferring to return to the apartment to make meals because no restaurant has a better view. The little restaurant next door is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the Pingo Doce grocery store makes it very easy to get whatever you need. Tiago checked in by text to ensure I had all I needed, such as towels or supplies. The neighbors in the building and the surrounding neighborhood are all welcoming, and it's a wonderful, tranquil retreat that feels like another world from the crowded streets of Porto but easily accessible to anything you want to do while you're here. The one caveat of the location is Foz de Douro does not have a Metro station-- however, there are buses (and thank you Tiago for providing the link to the schedule!) and the historic tram is just down the hill from the apartment. I knew this before I rented, and ride share and taxis are so abundant that this isn't an issue-- but if you're not familiar with Porto and plan to use the metro, this might be the only very small drawback to the area, but the apartment and the view are well worth it! If we don't find an apartment to buy this trip, I will be staying at Tiago's river view apartment again next visit to Porto!

I stayed in Karin's apartment for about 33 nights, from mid-May to late June 2026, and it was a really comfortable and enjoyable stay from start to finish. The apartment is spotlessly clean, well laid out, and genuinely comfortable to live in over a longer period, not just to pass through. It has a lovely balcony where you can hear nightingales singing in the evenings. Since I work remotely, I especially appreciated the proper office table and comfortable office chair, which made a big difference. There's also plenty of storage for clothes, with hangers and space for everything. All the appliances worked perfectly and were easy to use: washing machine, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, and fridge (small but enough). The coffee machine was excellent, and beans and capsules were provided. The shower cabin is new, and the electric and water systems all worked without a hitch. Tanja, Karin's friend who looked after the apartment during my stay, and her daughter Milica, who speaks excellent English, were both incredibly helpful and quick to sort out anything that came up. Communication was easy and reassuring the whole time. The location in Rennweg is excellent: central but not too residential, safe, quiet, and with peaceful neighbours. It's a 2–3 minute walk to the Oberzellergasse tram stop, with bars and cafés nearby and both a Eurospar and a Lidl within easy walking distance for groceries. You can be at Karlsplatz/Oper or other central spots in about 10–15 minutes. There's a night bus serving the area around the clock, and at weekends the U3 runs too, so from Kardinal-Nagl-Platz it's about a 12-minute walk to the apartment. Belvedere Palace is also very close by. Overall I can't recommend Karin highly enough as a host, and I'd happily stay here again if I'm ever back in Vienna. Thank you!

Mirela was welcoming, accommodating and friendly. Anytime I had a question about the apartment or the surrounding areas she was always quick to respond. Staying here really felt like home. I was sad to say goodbye. Highly recommend.

We rented the apartment for 2 weeks and we were very satisfied. The owner was very helpful and prompt in answers when we had questions. The apartment is spacious and is nicely located near the metro and a shopping mall.

Property is in a very good condition. Well equipped unit in a renovated building and the location is absolutely convenient. Being with minutes walk distance from Trindade metro station, you can take metro going any direction. Also you can walk to pretty much all the tour attractions as well as cool areas like Cedofeita etc from this property. And nearest Pingo Doce supermarket is in a few minutes walk and many other outlets of Continente and Pingo Doce available nearby - all walkable. Just one small thing - this unit faces main road, you hear the street & car noise at night. Fortunately I had a pair of ear plugs with me so I didnt have much issue with sleeping but if you’re a light sleeper, i strongly recommend to have earplugs with you. Lastly, the host was kind, caring and easily reachable. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed being in this property for a month.

V tomto prenájme sme bývali skoro jeden rok a boli sme maximálne spokojný. Všetko prebiehalo bez problémov, byt bol vo výbornom stave a komunikácia s prenajímateľom bola vždy skvelá. Môžem len odporučiť a ďakujem za príjemne bývanie
