We had a lovely stay. The apartment had everything we needed, and the location was perfect for exploring different parts of the island. The host was very kind and respectful of our privacy, which we really appreciated. We felt very comfortable and would happily stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is lovely, super well-equipped, and in a great location, we were able to walk almost everywhere. Even on very hot days, the air conditioning kept the place perfectly comfortable, and the windows do a great job of blocking out street noise. You can really tell how much thought went into every detail, from the automated blinds and Alexa to practical items like the iron, vacuum, and hairdryer. It was also spotless when we arrived and very easy to keep clean during our stay. Luis was a fantastic host, always kind, responsive, and ready to help. We are so grateful for his hospitality and how well he took care of us. We highly recommend both Luis and his place!

Clean apartment with a spacious living room. All the necessary kitchenware is provided.

A clean, quiet neighborhood with good metro and bus connections. Shops are nearby. I stayed in this very spacious apartment for four months. The building is in excellent condition. It was quiet in terms of the neighbors during my stay (from May to the end of August 2026). The private underground parking space is a real plus. The apartment is in great condition; the TV is huge, the Wi-Fi and hot water work well, and there is a good washer-dryer. It features a separate bedroom with a large bed and plenty of storage space. I had everything I needed. The host, Mr. Molčan, is attentive, available, and very responsive—a truly good person. He even came to pick me up at the metro station on my arrival day to take me to the apartment. I had a technical issue with the electricity; he resolved it quickly, even though it wasn't an easy fix. He was genuinely concerned, accommodating, and honest. I also made a few requests for equipment, which he provided immediately—for instance, a high-quality fan (there was a heatwave in 2026, and the apartment was very hot) and a new set of sheets. The photos in the Flatio listing are accurate, with one exception: the sofa in the living area has changed, and there is no Netflix. I mention this because the photo shows a standard sofa bed, whereas the current setup consists of a sofa plus a fold-out chair/lounger; while the latter does convert into a bed, it isn't quite as comfortable. I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Prague is an excellent city—a great place to live, and very safe. I would also add that Michal & Friends is a very professional agency; they are highly attentive and available even on Sundays. A staff member named Sona really guided and helped me secure this apartment. Email communication was excellent. (I should also mention that I dealt with another staff member, Bohdana, who was also great.) As far as I’m concerned, regarding both Michal & Friends and my host, Mr. Molčan: top-notch! I highly recommend them!

I had a couple of unavoidable issues at the apartment and Eduardo was responsive and committed to resolving them. The apartment overall was really lovely. It felt spacious, safe and homely. The biggest thing for me is having a landlord who’s keen to fix issues when things go wrong and Eduardo was exactly that.

It was a great stay. The apartment is a two minute walk to the beach and beachfront restaurants. There are several small grocery stores within a five minute walk. The apartment is very modern with high-speed Internet and comfortable living arrangements. I was able to arrange both my transfer to and from the airport through the host.

Good and comfortable modern apartment in a practical zone in Vila Nova de Gaia near many supermarkets and Parque da Lavandeira. The host is very responsive and responsible. We enjoyed our time in this place, we recommend it.

We loved staying in the flat! The flat was recently renovated and in excellent condition. There is generous space in the bedrooms and living room areas. There was everything we needed and great location. The host Dino was responsive and very helpful when we had questions. Only downsides are two of the bedrooms face the road so can be noisy, and the parking spot was very tight so might be difficult to use depending on your car and parking skills.

Adam was a kind and professional host, arrival was very easy. He always responded quickly if we had any questions.
