It was an amazing stay. The location is great and very accessible. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. Immediately addressed any concerns raised.

The house is on the 3rd floor without lift so expect some exercises on a daily basis. This is just a heads up to any upcoming guests to be prepared lifting your suitcases to the third floor. The toilet is a bit small for me but it is manageable.

The house itself is nice and cozy, so I had a great one month stay overall.

I had a great stay at this apartment. It was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The apartment is located on the 13th floor and offers a lovely view of Bratislava. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Nivy shopping centre, where you can find everything you need, as well as nearby bus stops, making it easy to get around. The host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend this place.

My stay and everything else were perfect; the house is in a very safe location and just a 5–10 minute walk from public transport everything was wonderful.

Spacious and clean flat, very well equipped with everything to feel comfy and at home. The kitchen has essentials for proper cooking and daily routine. The rooftop is pretty clutch, especially at sunset, and we never ran into anyone when we went up there. The building is quiet, though the downstairs neighbor is sensitive to noise. The host was slow to reply before we arrived but quick once we got there.

It's a great unit in a great location for our 3.5-week stay. The host was extremely communicative regarding the small issues that came up during our stay. However, those small issues are the only reason I would rate the property 4 stars (4.5 if that had been an option) instead of 5. The unit had everything we needed.

Fiquei hospedado durante algumas semanas logo após me mudar para Portugal, enquanto procurava um imóvel para alugar por um período mais longo, e este lugar foi perfeito! A caminhada até ao metro demora cerca de 12 minutos, a zona é tranquila, o pátio é fantástico e o espaço, de um modo geral, era muito confortável. Não houve necessidade de grande interação, mas, quando precisei, o Bruno foi muito ágil nas respostas e prestável!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! Everything about it was smooth and comfortable from start to finish.

Unbeatable Location: Getting around was super easy. It’s conveniently located within short walking distance of major local attractions and the metro station, making sightseeing completely effortless.

Sparkling Clean & Comfortable: The place was spotless, bright, and modern. The space is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—it truly felt like a home away from home.

Outstanding Host: The host was wonderfully helpful, friendly, and responsive. Communication was seamless throughout our trip; whenever we had a question or needed assistance, they responded right away with clear instructions and helpful local tips.

I would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We stayed in Tamas’s apartment for one month. Throughout our stay, Tamas was very responsive and always quick to reply to our messages.

The apartment is very cosy and incredibly bright. It is perfectly suited for a couple or a solo traveller. It is also equipped with all the kitchen utensils you might need.

What we appreciated the most was its central location. Whenever you feel like going for a walk, you just have to step outside the building and you’re right in the heart of the city!

Thanks to the windows overlooking the courtyard, you don’t hear any street noise, which is a real plus.

The only downside for us was that some of the furniture wasn’t very comfortable, especially the two rocking chairs. Apart from that, everything else was perfect!

We would definitely recommend this lovely little apartment!

5minute walk from the metro station.the area is not the best but it was safe overall. We enjoyed our stay here. The host was amazing, he was coming to help us in 10 minutes when we needed. I can only recommend this apartment for everyone

Immaculately maintained apartment with some nice decorative features i.e. big plants, very modern bath fixtures. There is an excellent convection range and good oven, butno microwave and no USB outlet so you need to bring your own. Kitchen was well supplied; both the main bed and the full out bed were comfortable.

Dimitri was an attentive and responsive host who responded to all of my queries quickly. There were two fans for hot summer weather and he even bought me a microwave which I then bought back from him when I left… the local neighbors are very nice. He is very attentive to detail in the apartment so make sure you do a thorough inventory and cleaning on departure. He has a good house cleaner, who will do a thorough cleaning for a very reasonable rate of 15 per hour if you would like to use that.

The apartment is a five minute walk from the metro with great connections to the rest of Paris. This was a really nice experience that allowed me to live in a residential area of Paris, but with very good connections to important sites and theaters.
