In our comparison, we mainly considered platforms that have a similar focus as Flatio and are also suitable for medium- or long-term stays. In particular, we analyzed data from Booking.com, Spotahome, Homelike and Uniplaces.
The flat is definitely no luxury place, most of the furniture looks cheap, but the price is competitive and it is fine for a stay of a few weeks. Would be much better if only there was a blackout curtain in the bedroom. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The place was clean when I arrived except for a few things in the kitchenette. The area is quiet and well served by public transport. Eduard (the owner) is kind and available to help.

The apartment is well furnished and modern. However, the service is miserable. In my apartment, the flush button of the toilet was broken, the light of the cooker hood did not work and the holder of the shower head was broken. I stayed in this apartment for a month and nothing was repaired. Also, for a week I had no electricity in all the rooms except the bathroom. Apparently a fuse has jumped out. In principle, this can always happen. However, all the reception staff were unable to tell me where to find the fuse box. That's why I had no electricity for 6 days. If you have other problems it is very difficult to reach someone or you will get an answer after two weeks. The communication with the cleaning lady and other tenants is also catastrophic. In my case, the cleaning lady gave the key to my apartment to a foreign tenant and he put all my personal belongings in the hallway. I can not recommend this landlord.
