The appartment is very comfortable, with everything you need. The appartment is quiet close to the center, especially with the tram stop in front of the building.
The only downside is the price, being a bit expensive.

Pronájem jsme potřebovali z důvodu rekonstrukce našeho bytu a byli jsme velmi spokojeni. Vše odpovídá popisu, apartmán je krásný, komunikace byla též na jedničku. Mohu jen doporučit.

Very nice appartment in the city center.
The location is very convenient, a lot of things can be done by foot.
The appartment is small but has everything needed.
The few times I had issues with the appartment, Jan answered very quickly and solved the problems as fast as possible.

Notre séjour (ERASMUS) s'est très bien passé. Les échanges avec Veronika ont été très bons. L'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé (draps, serviettes, lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, café fourni,...)

Overall a very nice flat. The bathroom was a little hard to dry out after showering and it was a little to warm at night, even hough I turned down the radiator completely. Sometimes the Wifi was unstable.

The building is really well located, close to the city center. The owners did everything that they could to provide a pleasant stay. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but I felt safe throughout my stay. I would recommend this place!
