Apartmán je v užším centru města, ale je v nitrobloku, nejvíc oceňuji klid a ticho. Pan André Reis je velice přátelský a napomáhající a velice mu za to děkuji.

We had a great stay at Humberto’s place. Very good location. The apartment had everything we needed, also a fully equipped kitchen. Communication was great, Humberto was very friendly and helpful from the beginning. Hope to be back soon and would come back to this place. We recommend it.

Great stay, with amazing views and amazing host!

My stay was wonderful! The flat is exactly as in the pictures, simple and comfortable. My stay was 5 months long, as part of a work deployment, and the flat is equipped with great internet, a desk and a great desk chair, which gave me a good work space in the flat. It is also located very conveniently for grocery shopping, restaurant visits and access to Funchal (a short hours walk or 8-10 minutes by bus) and Camara de Lobos (a short hours walk along the coastal promenade or 10 minutes by inter-city bus), so it was very easy to go exploring. Eduardo, my host, was very kind and helpful to me, when I didn't know how to get a bus card, and was really good about checking in periodically to see if I needed help or had issues in the flat. My only issue was when I accidentally locked myself out, and Eduardo was quick to send help so I could get back inside. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, I felt very at home, and was sad to leave. I have lost my heart to Madeira, and when I get the opportunity to come back, I will absolutely reach out to Eduardo and see if the flat is available then!

I spent 6 weeks in this flat in December/January. I loved it! I would happily have stayed longer. It's got everything you need in terms of appliances, is an easy walk to Praia Formosa, and has lots of natural sun with a great view. Eduardo is friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. I hope to be able to stay here again!

Great stay. Location was good and the apartment worked well for our family.

I spent a month in these apartments and absolutely loved my stay. The place is modern and has a stunning ocean view. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Supermarkets and restaurants are just a short walk away.

Isabel is a fantastic host. The apartment is quite comfortable and well equipt with all I needed to feel at home. The one thing that I didn’t realize enough was how much the volume from the street would impact me. The windows are double paned though so if you don’t need the windows open for breeze, this is not a problem.

Stay was awesome! It's the cheapest option we found anywhere in Madeira and it offers everythi g you need. Host is very humble, friendly and helping.

I stayed in this amazing apartment for a year. Beautiful views and very spacious. The only criticism I would have is that the furniture definitely needs updating. For example, bed frames, mattresses, wardrobes in guest rooms and living room furniture require a little TLC. You may get the odd noises outside due to there being a motorbike shop beneath the apartment, so that can be slightly annoying especially in the evening. The host Maria is phenomenal, any issues at all and she is quick to get them resolved immediately. Pleasant, friendly and hospitality was beyond my expectations.

Excellent Host, very attentive. Flat was exactly described, well furnished with all necessary amenities and well maintained. Ambience was very tranquil. Any requests were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Our stay was very pleasant and look forward to staying their again.

The location is 1h walking or 25m with the bus from the center of funchal but still has lots of supermarkets and food around: good location. The home was good with a few flaws. The communication with the host was frustrating. A lot of misinformation about the cleaning service, and i often had to remind twice for important answers. Communication really felt onsided. Overall a decent experience

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy apartment! The location is excellent — close to a large shopping centre, well-connected by public transport, and just a short walk from the promenade and beach. One of the highlights was the peaceful atmosphere, thanks to the apartment's windows overlooking a quiet park and offering an ocean view. The apartment has everything you need for a long-term stay. We’re especially grateful to Paulo for his warm hospitality and prompt communication throughout our visit. He made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommended!
