not timely enough responses. i was without electricity and water and no solution for a while. and no one was responding to my emails from support. This cannot be this way. And you still havent sold my problem with the landlord regarding my refund. They were polite but in the end didnt solve any of my problems.

Not much guests coming from flatio, so I've taken by Bansko apartment down and after putting it up for long-term rent, I quickly found tenants who were a perfect match. For others it may work better.

I like Flatio, but the apartment search form and map are almost unusable, just like the website on mobile devices. I think you have a product that solves a very real problem, but it's hard to recommend it to other people because of how unusable the website is, particularly the search form and map.

Custommer support is bad, long, host rather than guest oriented, beware in a bad situation they won't be on your side. Dont fall into a convininece trap, better off with a real estate agency and dont underestimate the importance of knwoing your rights. Also their main bank account is blocked/banned from visa/mastercard system.

You guys charge both the Landlord and the Tenant. This seems fairly disingenuous. Pick a model, don't try to take from both ends. The online platform was pretty good, and worked smoothly.

Flatio je hodne drahe a nemile me prekvapili poplatky za platbu kartou, kdyz uvazim kolik uz je hlavni Flatio poplatek za sluzby. Taktez se mi nelibilo rozdeleni platby na dve, kde sem kvuli jednomu dni musel zase platit dalsi castku (a poplatek). Taky se mi nelibi system ze na kratkodobem pronajmu musim resit uklid, kratkodobe pronajmy clovek dela z urciteho duvodu a nema cas jeste tohle resit, kor pri te cene. Pokud to pujde, budu preferovat Airbnb a Booking.

I like the fact that digital nomads prefer Flatio. I would suggest better evaluation system for guests.

The platform is nice, the chatbot answers fast. Here’s what really needs to be improved: - new messages aren’t visible on the host’s home page, and I often lose track of them and end up replying very late - it would be great to have an app for Android and iPhone so we could work more quickly - it’s not easy for guests to understand and follow the rental agreements, and I always have to explain things and guide them through the entire process - too high service fee for both parties—guests and hosts—considering that the platform is fairly new, has an audience that doesn’t have much to spend (unlike Airbnb, Booking, or other traditional platforms), and still needs technical improvements

Customer support is a positive; To improve the invoices only at the end of the month; tenants are too focused on price, not quality.

Simple, well designed, no-nonsense platform. Good human support. Too high commission if you add both sides. For shorter lets it's ok but for longer lets, your take is higher than real estate agents who put have to put way more effort into a let. The no-deposit policy is understandable but insurance is no substitute for it because it does not cover the risk of overstaying, which is the biggest risk for your clients.
