The answers from the tech support were incredibly slow and barely useful. I'm still waiting on a refund of my first two rent days, over a month after I've moved in. Aso, I celebrate the fact that you allow the users to pay on Bitcoin, but the system bugs I experienced while trying to do just that are utterly inacceptable.

Heavy "con": Incapability to put different price for different periods of the year. Yes, you can decide the price in relation to the first day of the booking, but not for periods. That is not very useful. It should be possible to determine the price for particular period(s). If all the utility costs must be included in the price of rent, and heating can come up to half of the rent or even more in winter months, I don't want potential tenants to have high price listed for their whole booking if they book in the last days of winter when the heating is about to be switched off. I want them to pay higher rent only during the heating season, only for those couple of days, and further on regular price. If heating costs are included in the advertised price, it make the property not competitive price-wise in non-winter period.

Had some troubles with making the bank transfers and currency exchange rates. Have transferred more money that what i was supposed to. No disclaimer on the bank transfer method on how you will have to pay the exchange rate yourself.
