Already, we have tried THREE times with different apartments, and have been REJECTED for reasons that they seem to be trying to scam us. So far, experience with Flatio has been negative, but I am giving them another chance.

I would recommend Flatio because I always found the customer care responsive, but I didn't have a great experience with the apartment, unfortunately.

Service Fee - Coming from NomadX I didnt have to pay this and this fee would discourage me from using the site again. Also theres no way to contact the owner to ask questions
