The service on Flatio is good in general, but sometimes, as always, it depends on what person answers your request or maybe how that person feels when she answers. So sometimes you have to ask more than once to really get the answer to the question you asked. I really appreciate a lot that Tereza Koláříková always answers what I was really asking. I also notice that Flatio is not totally impartial, and I suppose it was not the intention in the first place. In general I notice the Service Support Team Members are trained to be more prompt to look after the Landowners needs. It is, also noticeable, when you read the Terms and Conditions. What pleased you the most? In this very particular booking what really pleased me was to finally check-out from that apartment showing it to the host's husband and knowing that in my presence he didn't find any defect.

MOst of the hosts advertising while their apartement is not available. It is very disturbing they should be sanctioned somehow. Check my backlog I am trying to book an apartement for months and all of them are still advertising while not replying at all or just straight saying that it is reserved until September etc. In reality they dont want to rent it during summer months only winter....

Whenever you pay the rent in a country with a different currency but you actually transfer the money in "your" currency, Flatio will only give you roughly estimated conversions which are never exactly true. This way we sometimes had to make a second transaction because a few Cents or Euros were missing.

Unable to collect payment ta in cash. Unable to set a penalty if contract is terminated prior to minimal required lenght.

Your process are not clear

I have been rejected 6 times and asked for help from flatio but have not gotten any and asked to be given dates or a rental plan with multiple places that would work for the month of march and still have not heard.

I like that it gives a clean structure to the tenancies. I wish you would be more considerate of the hosts, really take the time to evaluate if a tenants complaint is relevant. This way it wouldn't happen, that one tenant cancels the agreement claiming the place is unfit for living, sending photos of shadows on the wall, and of a drop of paint (causing me to lose all the expected rent, that I was supposed to receive for at least a month, according to the cancellation policy). Then a few days later another tenant moves in, satisfied with everything, and loving the place. Both cannot be true.

The site itself works well, but most people who advertise their apartments here do not respond anything to reservation requests.

I have unhappy because of the following reasons: 1. Lot of listings are old or the hosts are not active, so chances of getting accepted are low. Flatio should check listings regularly to see if some are old and remove those. 2. I got a voucher for service fee refund because I made a cancellation. The voucher needs to be used when you make a request but if the request gets rejected, you lose the voucher and you need to ask support for it again and you cannot make another booking until you get the voucher again from support. Also, if the amount of service of booking is lower than voucher, then you need to ask for another voucher again. This is very frustrating because you cannot make multiple reservations and you have to keep asking for a new voucher. And if it is a weekend, you cannot get it because flatio support is not working on weekends and this way you lose on listings that you want to book. This seems like a very simple problem that can be solved easily. For example, just give credits instead of a voucher. Then we can use credits how we want without relying on support and when we use a certain amount, we will have a balance remaining for other bookings.
