Desde o primeiro contacto pelo site, o senhorio foi muito atencioso, respondeu a todas as minhas dúvidas, como fiquei quase um período de 2 meses, estava inclusa a limpeza do apartamento e a equipa de limpeza foi muito caprichosa, pontual e bem-humorada. Me surpreendi com o imóvel, mais bonito e aconhegante que nas fotos. Totalmente equipado, camas muito confortáveis, todos os eletrodomésticos a funcionar perfeitamente além de ter uma imensa varanda com uma vista desafogada.

Maria has been a great host, very welcoming and always available for any questions. The flat is 100% as described in the listing, in a nice and peaceful building. The location is great with metro station being 10 mins walk from the flat and a big supermarket with all the amenities (pharmacy, etc). 5 mins walking from the flat you can find one of the nicest parks in Lisbon.

The apartment is absolutely magnificent. Everything is brand new, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It has a modern feel and is fully equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay. The attention to detail really made it feel like a home away from home. Fausto was a fantastic host, very responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Highly recommended

Location, the property itself, the landlord... everything was perfect. I lived in that apartment for 8 months and everything was perfect! Next time in Lisbon, I already know where I'll look as a 1st option, for sure!

Great place, comfortable stay. The apartment has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The location is quiet, with lots of malls and restaurants nearby. Within 5 minutes, you'll find a Lidl, and within 15 minutes, you'll find a Continente supermarket. The host is super supportive. The location of the apartment is superb—2 minutes from the metro and then 15 minutes to the city center. There is a great park, Campo Grande, nearby where you can go jogging if you like. Overall, it was the best decision to stay away from the crowded city center and to rent this flat at Telheiras, very much happy and pleased with my experience there.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. All the utensils and cookware were in excellent condition. Having a designated parking space was a huge advantage, especially in Lisbon where parking can be a challenge. The bedroom was cozy, with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a good night’s sleep. The linens were fresh, and there was ample closet space for all our belongings. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, local shops and cafes are within walking distance, which was very convenient. One of the highlights of the area is the nearby park, which is perfect for both relaxation and recreation. There’s a well-maintained playground in the middle of the park, which is great for families with children. There’s also plenty of space for picnics, with beautiful grassy areas and picnic tables nestled between the trees. The convenience of having the Continente supermarket nearby was another plus. It’s large enough to find everything you might need during your stay. Finally, the proximity to the Lumiar subway station was very helpful. The station is nice and clean, making it easy to get around the city. Maria, the host, was incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout our stay. She provided clear instructions for check-in and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Her warm hospitality truly made us feel at home, and she went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Maria's personal touch really elevated our experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better host.

The apartment is located very conveniently close to stores, restaurants and a bus stop. Nam has gone out of his way to help us navigate the area, help us with luggage upon arrival and when we had any inconvenience he would be very responsive to resolve it right away. The kitchen is well equipped and the living room is spacious. Clean when we arrived with a nice welcome gift. Highly recommend staying here if you like to stay around Odivelas.

This was a wonderful flat to stay in. Vasco was great and very responsive. The flat is in a beautiful area and my kids loved playing in the open courtyard every evening. The apartment had lots of light and was very nice. We loved that the grocery store was nearby and that we could walk around the neighborhood. We would highly recommend it!

Lovely clean, sunny, stylish apartment with very convenient contactless check-in (electronic key). You will find everything you need and more! There is an excellent ALDI supermarket on the doorstep. The metro is a 15 minute walk away. Vasco was very helpful, answered questions immediately and was always willing to help. For example, he brought us a free playpen for our son, for which we are very grateful! Highly recommended!

Cozy apartment with a great location. The apartment has everything you need and more for a long-term stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, and there are plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cups, and cutlery. The bedroom has a comfortable and convenient bed and a large wardrobe for storing things. During the hot days of May, the apartment was comfortable and cool, and in winter, two heaters in the hall and bedroom provide enough warmth. Additionally, there is a small heater in the bathroom. The main thing is that there is no mold in the apartment, and it has good ventilation. The location is very convenient. There are two parks nearby: one with a forest area, a garden, lakes, and a playground; the other is a modern park with artificial canals, a fountain, and birds. There are two large supermarkets, Continente and Pingo Doce, within walking distance. Additionally, cafes and small grocery and hardware stores are just a minute away from the apartment. Furthermore, there is a gym, schools, kindergartens, a pharmacy, a post office, and good transport connections (Lumiar, Quinta das Conchas railway station). The airport is relatively close, but the apartment has good soundproofing windows, so you can't hear the planes. The owner of the apartment, Maria, welcomed us very hospitably, responded quickly to our requests, and is a very positive and friendly person. Communication was easy. We are very grateful for her hospitality and wish her all the best. I highly recommend it.

Highly recommended! We were so surprised by the fact the apartment was prepared in the smallest details so we just landed and had everything we needed right away. The apartment was great, calm, clean, and well-packed. The owner was in touch during our staying and helped us to navigate in our first weeks in Portugal.
