Excellent. The service was clear and effective, both for finding the accommodation and for managing our stay. Also stress free thanks to the Stay Protection and Stay Benefits.

I found the Flatio platform very easy to use. The communication was clear and efficient, and all the instructions and emails were simple and well explained. This was my first experience with Flatio, and I was very happy with the whole process.

Everything was very easy to navigate on the site. I originally didn’t know that I would need to reserve and pay ASAP, but it was okay in the end.

Service is quite good. They respond quick.

Everything was very easy with Flatio and I had no issues at all.

The general communication and notifications from Flatio is good.

Muy buenos servicios.

Straightforward process. Could make the monthly rates more transparent with all the added fees.

Pleased

A very reliable platform that provides good accomodation and with very supportive land lords and provides peace of mind.

I was very pleased with the flatio service. What I particularly appreciated was that I felt safe with the letting of the apartment without an inspection of it in person.

Safety of renting, possibility to chat with the owner, reminders of due dates for paying rent..

Einfache Handhabung

Dealing with the currency conversion was a bit clumsy. When I paid in euros, your system would show the rent as being approximately a certain amount, and it was easy to end up unintentionally underpaying by a few hundred or even a few thousand koruna because of exchange rate differences. As a result, I had to make several separate transactions to settle the full amount. It wasn’t ideal, but the platform itself is so convenient that this was only a minor annoyance.

The services were ok. I did not like the high additional payments by simple Visa payments. What for?

Veľká spokojnosť so všetkým

Děkuji

The booking was all good.

Despite service fees that can go a bit high depending on how long you stay, they provide a pleasant, reliable service with no hidden costs.

good

Nepotěšilo zpoplatnění platby kartou

I am still waiting for your accommodation contracts which I was promised to.

Todo en general está perfecto, una muy buena relación y lo que más recalcaría es la confianza de Flatio con sus inquilinos al no cobrar fianza al alquilar sus pisos, ahorrarse ese gasto es algo fantástico!

Nice clean flat, good host
