No problem. Ideal.

We had a pleasant experience .

Jedine co je potřeba zlepsit a to je smeti dole , nevim ale jak. Jinak bylo vse ok .

Yss

It's probably the best service of this kind that I have tried, they are always on your side and willing to help with everything

Great site, and the only place I found with a reasonably priced accommodation.

As I mentioned earlier, the service was excellent. The only thing that could have been improved was ensuring that the right messages were sent to the right person. For example, I once received a message saying I had to vacate my flat due to a double booking, when in fact it was for a different stay. That gave me quite a shock.

Falta que desde flatio se emitan facturas directamente

Transparency I liked

Good communication, great prices!

Quite pleased. The pricing could be described a bit more clearly. I never knew whether the listed price was the final one including the fee or not.

Lepsi prehlednost webove stranky.

Very good service and quick to respond.

This was my first time using the platform, and overall I had a very good experience. The information provided about the apartment and the area was accurate and matched what I found when I arrived, which gave me a lot of confidence and security during the whole process. The only negative point, in my opinion, is the amount of interest and extra fees paid for the agency’s intervention, since it makes the final price noticeably higher. Apart from that, everything went smoothly and the platform felt safe and reliable to use. Without a doubt, I would use this platform again in the future.

Was very easy to book, pay, and communicate with the host.

It is really easy to book a medium term accommodations with flatio.

Trouble-free and administratively hands-off for us as hosts.

I have used Flatio several times and have always had a good experience. The platform is easy to use, the flat descriptions are detailed and well-designed, and the team is responsive.

No complaints. Keep it up!

velký zájem lidí o krátkodobé a střednědobé pronájmy, pěkná platforma

easy contracting process; quick assistance when I needed the host's contact number on check in day
