We stayed here for the second time and completely enjoyed every day of our stay. The bed is very comfortable. The kitchen equipment makes you feel like home and the kitchen hood works perfectly. Great benefit is to have Albert supermarket and trading centre next door. Big TV and PS can be a benefit as well. Adam, the host, is a very nice guy, hospitable and helpful. Overall it is a very good place to stay and it has everything you need.

The room was very nice and spacious. There was also a wardrobe, which is not shown in the current photos (and this was the only thing I thought I would be missing before moving in). The kitchen is spacious and modern. Some kitchenware was worn out and there were only a few spoons, but upon our request, the owner provided new items. So currently it is well equipped. The owner is a nice person, and it was a pleasure to communicate with him. He helped resolve some issues that arose during my stay, although I have to say that it sometimes took a bit of time. However, there was nothing critical. There is also a cleaning service for the shared spaces, but during my stay it took place every 3–4 weeks (although it was supposed to take place more often), so the cleanliness of the shared areas depends largely on the tenants, especially in the kitchen. During most of my stay, we managed to maintain a good level of cleanliness. I would strongly recommend communicating with the other tenants (we created a group chat for this purpose), as it helps to resolve issues more easily (like e.g. removing expired nobody's food from the kitchen). To summarize, I liked this place very much and felt at home during the five months of my stay. And the other tenants were really nice people. If I stay in Prague again in the future, I would choose this house again :)

Really nice and well equipped apartment! It was very nice that the hosts left a gift basket with local sweets and drinks! They also allowed me to leave a little later because it was a work day and I needed to make some work calls! The apartment has everything you need for short-term and long-term rentals. It is a new building in a beautiful area, away from the tourist crowds but within walking distance of all the sights and the best cafes and restaurants. It’s not my first visit in Porto, but it was the best apartment for affordable price!

The house is located in one of the oldest districts of Lisbon, surrounded by many small restaurants and local spots, which gives the area a very authentic and atmospheric feeling. It has all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. However, if someone is expecting five-star hotel standards, this might not be the right place. On the other hand, if you appreciate traditional Portuguese houses and the charm of historic neighborhoods, you will likely enjoy it very much. Just like we did. The house is quite small but truly lovely, and we had a very pleasant stay there. The bus stop is close by and many of Lisbon’s attractions are within about a 20-minute walk, which makes it a great base for exploring the city. Just a few steps from the apartment there is also a laundromat, where you can easily wash and dry your clothes at a reasonable price, which is a very convenient option during your stay.

My stay was wonderful! The flat is exactly as in the pictures, simple and comfortable. My stay was 5 months long, as part of a work deployment, and the flat is equipped with great internet, a desk and a great desk chair, which gave me a good work space in the flat. It is also located very conveniently for grocery shopping, restaurant visits and access to Funchal (a short hours walk or 8-10 minutes by bus) and Camara de Lobos (a short hours walk along the coastal promenade or 10 minutes by inter-city bus), so it was very easy to go exploring. Eduardo, my host, was very kind and helpful to me, when I didn't know how to get a bus card, and was really good about checking in periodically to see if I needed help or had issues in the flat. My only issue was when I accidentally locked myself out, and Eduardo was quick to send help so I could get back inside. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, I felt very at home, and was sad to leave. I have lost my heart to Madeira, and when I get the opportunity to come back, I will absolutely reach out to Eduardo and see if the flat is available then!

We had a great stay at this apartment. Everything matched the description — clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The location made it easy to explore the city, and communication with the hosts was smooth throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out were simple, and we felt well welcomed. The apartment was alright. I stayed for almost 6 months, and the biggest advantage was a very good location. There was almost no need to use public transport as it was very accessible to get anywhere on foot. I think what bothered me most was the mold in the apartment, as there was plenty of it when I first moved in and I cleaned it during my stay, but still it was very humid inside so the mold started forming on my clothes and walls again. The worst part was the humidity and coldness of the apartment - fortunately there was a air conditioner with a function of heating, but it was not enough. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't and most of the time I was freezing and falling asleep in many many layers. It was also impossible for the laundry to dry - it took about a week or two, but it was stinky after that. The contact with the host was difficult(?), as I was not able to contact them at all. I moved out day earlier an texted them both on the website and on the phone number about check out instructions and received no answer. Luckily, I had no problem with amenities during my stay, because I am sure I would not be able to contact host about it. Overall, I recommend it for a short period of time (like a week or two), but for staying long-term, find something else! This amount of mold is dangerous for the health.

Everything was as expected, I didn’t encounter any negative surprises. The flat is quite spacious and comfortable, and the room is large and pleasant as well. The main advantage is the location, just a 5-minute walk from the university.

Byli jsme součástí group chatu, kde byl neustále někdo z pronajímatelova týmu k dispozici, aby nám poradil či pomohl s jakýmkoliv problémem. Ubytování bylo moderně vybaveno, v zimě jsme zejména ocenili podlahové vytápění. Můžeme určitě doporučit pro dlouhodobější pobyt v Portu.

Notre séjour (ERASMUS) s'est très bien passé. Les échanges avec Veronika ont été très bons. L'appartement est très agréable, fonctionnel et très bien équipé (draps, serviettes, lave linge, sèche linge, lave vaisselle, café fourni,...)

Bydlení v bytě v Drahobejlově ulici 61 bylo naprosto úžasnou zkušeností. Lokalita je velmi pohodlná a nabízí mnoho možností spojení MHD. V okolí bytu se nachází obchody všeho druhu. Samotný byt je plně vybavený a má vše potřebné pro pohodlné bydlení – moderní kuchyň, luxusní koupelnu a velmi útulný obývací pokoj. Komunikace s majitelkou bytu, paní Márií, byla vždy příjemná a bezproblémová.

Desde o primeiro contacto pelo site, o senhorio foi muito atencioso, respondeu a todas as minhas dúvidas, como fiquei quase um período de 2 meses, estava inclusa a limpeza do apartamento e a equipa de limpeza foi muito caprichosa, pontual e bem-humorada. Me surpreendi com o imóvel, mais bonito e aconhegante que nas fotos. Totalmente equipado, camas muito confortáveis, todos os eletrodomésticos a funcionar perfeitamente além de ter uma imensa varanda com uma vista desafogada.

This is a great, cosy and well decorated apartment. I loved the style, the underfloor heating and the combo of modern and historic. It is well located also and at night I would take walks by the river and the parliament or visit any of the many restaurants and cafes nearby. It's great because its close to everything and yet on a really quite calm street. Claire was a great host and really responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartment. Newly renovated, well-decorated and spacious. Very well-illuminated, though you retain your privacy as the windows are blurry. The building is fine. Located in a very nice area of Budapest, 1 min away from the metro, and 3 min away from very nice gyms. The agency also always solved my problems fast. Great support. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
