I recently stayed at Katerina's apartment, and it was a wonderful experience. The apartment was exactly as listed: very large and bright, providing a comfortable and spacious living area. The neighborhood is lovely, adding to the overall positive experience.

Katerina was an exceptional host. She was very kind and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. Her hospitality truly made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great place to stay in a nice area.

Excellent flat! Larger and more spacious than the pictures show. There is an extra storage room that is not shown in the pictures. The main bedroom is quite a large room that has a couch in it, but not shown in pictures.

Landlord was very responsive to any questions. I had no issues with the flat and I would absolutely stay there again.

AC in the kitchen works well, keeps the main room and main bedroom cool enough in summer. The second bedroom get's quite warm, but there is a portable fan. Laundry machine works well. Elevator to 4th floor then have to walk up the 5th level, very wide stairs.

Stayed there for 2.5 months and I highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 weeks and loved the location. Many cafes, restaurants and attractions a short walk away. The apartment was spotless and seemed as if it had been recently renovated. The WiFi strength was very fast for remote work. Carlos was quick to respond if we needed anything. The only downside was the mold smell (pillows, mattress, couch) which I’m sure the owner will resolve after our feedback. Otherwise, this place is a gem and great value.

Excellent experience overall. Stayed here for almost 3 months with no issues. Check in and check out was very straight forward. Communication with the landlord were easy, and he was always fast to respond. Would stay here again.

Unser Aufenthalt in Lisbon war bezaubernd! Die wohnung hat eine super Lage; Umgeben von Supermärkten, kleinen Cafés, Restaurants etc. Die Wohnung war gut zu erreichen und Marta hat uns sehr lieb eingewiesen! Wir haben empfehlungen für die Gegend bekommen, für die Stadt selbst und vieles mehr! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können euch garantieren; ihr werdet in der Wohnung eine schöne Zeit haben! Darüberhinaus ist zum Kochen ist alles da, die Küche war besser ausgestattet als unsere eigene! Nochmals vielen Dank und LG :)

All was very good. Lovely area. Apartment was very clean and well stocked for bathroom, laundry and Kitchen. We had our own issues with using the washer/dryer which we finally figured out looking up an English version of the owner's manual. It worked great once we did figure it out! The stove and oven we never used because we honestly could not figure them out without a manual. Turns out there were some manuals in a cabinet that we never knew were there until the landlord told us near the end of our stay. Honestly we were so busy with our family that cooking was not a high priority. When we rent again we will make sure to have a lesson using the appliances. All in all a great place we would love to return to.

If you're considering this flat, stop hesitating and go for it because this is SUCH a gorgeous flat! It has a soul of its own. Beautifully decorated with an obvious love for wood, travelling, music, art and fun with a super comfy bed and enough room for more than 1 person. A book lover will be over the moon. Wonderful location, metro and Lidl right under your nose, Manifesto market around the corner if you like good noms. Under 10 minutes to the city centre. Busy area but the flat inself is SO quiet. No noisy neighbours either. There's no lift but both Tomas and his dad helped me with my luggage and it's on the 2nd floor so a good daily exercise. Tomas is a wonderful landlord, very flexible, great communication. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
