This place is beautiful! Newly renovated, with beautiful, modern updates, bright and sunny and even though it's a studio apartment, it's very spacious and comfortable. And the views are breathtaking! But the best part of this place for me was the owners! What wonderful people! They are very accommodating and always available for anything I needed. It's always a worry when you rent a place online, but these owners made me feel like family. We became good friends and remain friends.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location is absolutely superb, right in the heart of the city center. All the main historical attractions are within walking distance, and there are countless cafes, restaurants, and shops around. Some excellent restaurants are literally just ten meters away from the apartment. Public transport is very convenient with bus stops and a metro station nearby. The apartment itself is small but incredibly cozy. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Despite being in the city center, the apartment has excellent soundproofing, and the noise from the street does not disturb you at all. Cidália, the host, is wonderful and friendly. She helped with all our questions and issues promptly. Highly recommended!

Communication with Paulo was excellent! He was very responsive and helpful with everything that was needed. The apartment is small and very nice. The location is very comfortable being close to campanha train station where you can take the bus, train, metro to basically anywhere in Portugal. Being located on a main street it can get very noisy and loud but there are dubble glazed windows to help block that noise. If you are someone who needs a very quiet enviroment for work purposes or in general maybe the location of this apartment won't suit you, however, if your looking for a place in a nice building, in very good conditions and close to everything you'll need and want (public transportation, supermarket, cafe's, restaurant, short driving distance to anywhere in the city, walking distance to city center) this place will be a very good choice for you.

This was a wonderful flat to stay in. Vasco was great and very responsive. The flat is in a beautiful area and my kids loved playing in the open courtyard every evening. The apartment had lots of light and was very nice. We loved that the grocery store was nearby and that we could walk around the neighborhood. We would highly recommend it!

Wow - I don't have enough words to describe how incredibly blessed we were to have booked this apartment. The short story is: If you are looking for an apartment in Prague, which is comfortable, in close proximity to all your basic needs, with amazing landlords who truly care - then look no further. Book NOW. Then if you would like a longer story: I arrived in Prague with my young son, alone, due to circumstances beyond our control (my husband arrive a few days later) I was nervous, scared and rather overwhelmed at the time. I was met by Lukas, he gave me a comforting hug and assisted with all (an immigration so LOTS) our luggage! All while my son played with his two amazing kids. I felt welcomed and safe. We LOVED our apartment. It was super cozy, had everything we needed and more, plus Angie told us to let her know if there is anything else we might need. We love the balcony, with windows opening up so you can feel the breeze coming through. We found the WiFI to be more than adequate - I work from home and had no break or slowness in the flow of working at all. Whilst working, often we would be streaming Netflix for my son to watch and we would be streaming our own grown-up programmes plus WA family/friends video calls - no buffering or problems. We loved our apartment so much - we extended and have therefore stayed over a year here. Yes the bedroom window is above the main apartment entrance - BUT not once were we disturbed or our sleep broken by noises - the rooms are pretty much insulated. The only "noise" we heard was someone playing piano above us - this was a "noise" we thoroughly enjoyed - it was like having a piano concert right in our home and we longed for more! I do thorough research before entering in any agreement so based on that I would like to respond to the comments left by another person on a previous stay. In both the booking process and the actual contract it is clearly stated that if you are staying for a longer period of time you will receive a discount on the rate paid - I feel that when breaking that contractual term you can not possibly expect not to pay the difference as you are getting a discounted rate based on your length of stay. Regarding the rent: Prague is not cheap! It is one of the most expensive cities rent-wise and at the end of the day you will pay for what you get. I feel that when we rented this apartment we not only paid for a roof over our heads, but for the invaluable and priceless kindness we received from our landlords. Lukas and Angie made us feel welcome, they assisted and helped us with legalities, documents, translating, traditions and a 100 other things - which you just can not put a price on - for this we will be forever thankful to people who made our immigration to a new country a seamless and amazing experience. So in a long nutshell - if it is available: Look NO further - BOOK BOOK BOOK!

Very spacious studio apartment, the area is also very quiet and close to the beaches of Caparica. It was nice and tidy when I checked in.

Cozy appartment was just as described, had a wonderfull stay there. Antonio is a great landlord, easy to reach, responds quickly, very helpful and attentive.

The apartment was in great condition, exactly like in the photos! The area of ​​the apartment is perfect, there is a shopping center (5-8 minutes walk) and supermarkets nearby. The neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet. From the apartment it takes 15 minutes to walk to the city center. 2 mins away from the apartment is a bus station which is Good connected to metro stations etc. The owner of the apartment was always available no matter what time it was and, above all, very helpful with questions, recommendations, etc. There was nothing I could complain about during my 6 month stay. I recommend this apartment to everyone!

Cooperation with the landlord was terrible. It was difficult to agree on a check-in/check-out time (which could be changed at the last moment due to "circumstances"). Communication was difficult. I needed to ask about something several times before I got an answer.

The flat is really great, very well equipped with top-notch furniture, in an amazing location right in front of the beach. Has a parking space for when it is crowded. Perfect if you love the beach and/or hiking, it is next to some trails near the cliffs which are really nice! Matilde was very attentive for instructions.

We liked the apartment and our stay there. The location is very convenient for the new comers like us and the apartment is quiet and well equipped with everything you need. But even more than all of that we liked the owner! Cláudia is a very kind person, she was very friendly and helpful not only during our stay, but even before we arrived.

Nice and bright top-floor flat in a quiet and green neighbourhood with good public transport connections and many stores and restaurants. Ample storage space, modern bathroom and heating. Maybe a bit warm in the summer, but manageable due to windows in a central chute, allowing airflow through all rooms. The kitchen comes with essential cookware and plenty of dishes and cutlery. We enjoyed our stay very much!
