Flat was lovely, well equpied and in a good location. It was easy to gain access through Silke's friend who was very nice and gave us good recommendations for the local area. Only thing that was lacking really was that we could have used another pillow as there were only 2 and they were very small and firm! Great stay all in all.

Awesome experience! I had no idea where I was going when I booked this place and when I arrived I couldn't believe how perfect it was. Peace and quiet were on my agenda and I got it there. Absolutely breathtaking views! The home is updated and bright and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed. The cherry on the top was the owners. Luis and his mother, Angela, are incredibly sweet and genuine, and were beyond accommodating. And of course, Sasha, the family dog, became my best friend, or I became hers anyway. 😂 I felt like family. I cried when I left after a month. I will return one day for sure!

I had an amazing time renting long-term in this apartment. Guillaume was very easy to communicate with and would help with any problems I had during my stay.
The apartment is spacious and very comfortable, it was a perfect location for my first apartment and distance to my classes.
I would highly recommend this rental for a first time traveler to Krakow.

Great location and overall conditions!
The only one less positive thing to point out is that there is some humidity in the rooms but it is somehow normal in an Island and not so impactful in the end.

I had a great stay there. The apartment is at very good state as well as the facilities and the equipment. The location is great for Aveiro and it's really quiet. If we are talking about the long period of rent (more than a month) - it's perfect for one (for sure) or two persons (maybe; still not so much space if you are home sitters). For the shorter periods of stay it doesn't matter. The host and the manager are very nice people. I totally recommend this place (checked by my long stay).

This flat was perfect for my two-week stay! Easy walk to Old Town and close to hopping on the street cars! It’s quiet and has so much natural light! Gabi was so great - very responsive and helpful with any questions I had! If I’m ever in Prague again I will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!!

Byt je v klasickém madeirském domku, stylově zařízený, s velkou terasou a krásným výhledem na oceán. Vybavení je jednodušší, starší, ale zahrnuje vše potřebné, skvělá je smart TV. Drobné závady (chybějící klika, nesvítící světlo v kuchyni..) se majitelka snažila vyřešit. Parkovací místo je součástí. Nevýhodou je poloha ve strmém kopci, takže návštěva obchodu nebo restaurace je vždy fyzciky náročnější procházkou ca na hodinu. Veřejná doprava tu funguje velice omezně, takže rozhodně doporučuji pronajmout si auto - bez něj to tu nejde.

We lived here for two months and could not have hoped for a better place! The view is incredibly and the terrace has space enough to enjoy every meal outside and even sunbathe. The rest of the place is just lovely as well. It's about a kilometer from the city centre and the beach and getting down there is very quick as it's down hill. Coming back up is a bit of a different story though but you'll get used to the climb! Jessica was a great host and helped us quickly with everything we asked for. If you're considering a longer stay in Funchal this is the place you've been looking for!
