Ursula and Stefan were absolutely fantastic!! They gave me super beach recommendations and also saved me when I accidentally locked myself out. In fact, Ursula drove over within 25 minutes with a spare key which was just incredibly kind! The apartment is beautifully designed, and they had cleaning products and even shower gel there already. It also had all the necessary kitchen appliances and the bed was super comfortable. It’s also a great place to work and a five minute walk from the beach with great restaurants on your doorstep. Occasionally there was a bit of noise from the upstairs neighbour- music or TV so if you require absolute silence then maybe factor that in. It is an apartment block after all and Portugal is not well known for their construction. The houses are generally not well insulated.

Great apartment, has everything one needs to be comfortable and live worry-free. Well equipped kitchen (with sharp knives!), clean, very practical, owners paid a lot of attention to every detail. Pleasant and easy communication. Centrally located so bars and restos are walking distance. Due to the location, it can get noisy during the night so bring earplugs. Thank you, Ursula and Stefan!

We had a great stay in a lovely, cozy apartment in a quiet area of Sesimbra! Access to the beach is very easy, and restaurants and supermarkets are conveniently located within a 5-minute walking distance. Jorge is an exceptional host! He went above and beyond to assist with everything we needed, not only pertaining to the apartment but also by providing excellent suggestions about the local area.

Great flat with amazing view and all equipments you can dream of. The owner is really kind and helpful. I strongly recommend ! The only point is maybe the distance with the city center (around 30 min by public transport)

First of all I want to say big thanks to the owner. She helped with signing paper contract to show it in Ukrainian center to get visa. And it was very quickly - next day we met at the post and signed everything. About flat location - it's near big mall with everything you need, also Lidl is nearby, there are disc golf park where we spent lot of time. Residential complex closed by gates with keys, there's no strange unexpected people, all neighbors are very good people. But using city transport it's about 50 minutes to get to the center. Flat has wash machine, dish washer, cool TV with YouTube and Netflix. But we were a little upset because photos on site show only part of information. Flat is really 58m, but one (and only) room is closed, so we lived at kitchen. Dinner table would be cool for summer residence, but wooden table with holes at home is a little uncomfortable, even with kids (when you need to clean food from holes). LANDLORD'S REPLY: New reconstructed Studio GARDEN is modern, cosy and very comfortable 1 Main Room STUDIO - with Air conditioning, with all new beds, Sunny side apartment, with direct access from the room to a new private and sunny terrace of 10 m2. Safe private Parking place closed by gate with electronic card - included price. There is new fridge, new furniture, new plates and decorations, all is after reconstruction. Skvělá lokalita

We stayed in the apartment for almost one month. The place is nice, newly renovated and equipped with everything. It has a small terrace with a great view and I enjoyed my working days staying there spectating wonderful views of Funchal. The area is great as well. Close to the center (10min walking) and quiet at the same time. Many thanks to Lisbeth. She guided me with all I asked and was very helpful when I needed something. I would love to return one day

Couldn't have asked for a better apartment! Communication was easy and friendly! Perfectly located for all the amenities and transportations this marvelous city has to offer! I highly recommend!

Very well equipped apartment. It is well situated, easy to reach the centre of the city and has multiple grocery stores, restaurants and gyms within reach. The landlord was very nice and the check-in and checkout processes went smoothly.

Super ubytování

Martina was a great host and an excellent communicator. She provided everything we needed to have a great time. From the thoughtful email and WhatsApp suggestions of things to do and places to go in the area, to the extension she brought, so we could work from the flat for a few days. Overall one of the best interactions we've had with a host.

The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Fully equipped, everything is in working order. Great location, a quiet and safe district, close to the metro and tram stops. Contact with the owner of the apartment was perfect, very helpful. I am delighted!

The space was beautifully designed, modern, small yet spacious enough to stretch out, and in a central spot in Funchal. You are steps away from restaurants, farmacy, shops, and Santa Catarina park. I appreciate the support of the building manager — they are super responsive to any requests and were flexible with my new checkout date. My only suggestion is for the building team to do a deeper clean of the bedsheets/duvet and the floor. Other than that, great price for a tastefully designed flat.

My stay at Adam's Private Double bedroom at Pionýrská 247/11, Brno was great with no hiccups. The house was nice and clean with nothing left to desire, all utilities present and the flatmates were great. Adam is nice and very responsive and will try his best to fulfill any reasonable requests. Keep in mind that there's this agreement of 20€/month between the flatmates for shared products (dish soap, tp etc.).

Great apartment! Modern and very practical design. Quiet neighborhood, still not far from downtown though you need to take the bus. The neighborhood has a grocery store and pharmacy just across the street. Also includes cleaning service which was a plus! Very happy, I would stay again.

Central location, right next to the park. Spacious property with beautiful views of the park. Jorge was great to work with. He responded very fast and addressed all of our needs.

The apartment was well kept, neat, clean and comfortable - it had all the essential appliances and utilities. The location was amazing, close to the metro. Pedro and Maria were very responsive to our communications, and were very helpful in helping settle into the apartment. Excellent experience.

Great location and apartment

We stayed for a month while working remotely and it was an extremely comfortable stay. The apartment had all the equipment you might need and a big table where we could work comfortably. The area was also very convenient, you have multiple supermarkets availables, stores and it's also close to the metro giving you easy access to the city. Ricardo, our host was also quite nice and helpful. Overall 10/10.
