Flat was very nice, with all-new wooden floor and stylish wooden furniture. Apartment is located in a very quiet and cozy area, with several surrounding parks, which was perfect for carrying our baby around. Very efficient tram is only 5 minutes walking, and subway stop just a bit more.
All thinks considered, a very nice experience we'd be happy to repeat in the future.

Amazing location. Nicely decorated flat. Very safe. A few things missing such as unlimited Wi-Fi and washing machine. Overall I enjoyed my stay here a lot.

David is a great landlord. He is punctual and friendly and was always there to help if any complication appeared.

The flat is nice as well, it looks cozy and modern. It contains all the facilities apart from vacuum cleaner. Although it faces the street, I never heard any noise from there so the isolation is good. During colder days I could always set up the heating so that it was warm enough inside.

The location could not be better, metro and trams (+night route) are around the corner and Karlín itself is a clean and silent district very close to the city center at the same time.

Všechno fajn. Paní majitelka by měla dát větší důraz publikaci okolí bytu... procházky kolem vody.. dětské hřiště.. příroda.. to je to co se počítá. Chyběli mi trochu domácí spotřebiče jako mixér, hnětač, tyčový mixér a normální kávovar. Jinak fajn, moc fajn. Jo a taky více skříní :)

We loved our two month stay as study abroad students. Perfect area close to parks and beer gardens. Just a tram/metro away from old town and the main center of the city

The flat is fully equipped with everything you can imagine. The internet was strong. Table and chair are great for working at home. Host shared with us his parking place inside the building - it was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
