The apartment is in a good location, within walking distance of supermarkets, cafes, public transport and directly behind a public park. The apartment itself is cozy and stays warm in winter, with good kitchen facilities and hot water. Highly recommend!

Very nice place to stay, it was big with a good design and furniture, cozy home. Would definitely recommend and it was also my favorite place from flatio at the time of searching.

We stayed in this apartment for 1 month and a half. The apartment is at the 6th floor, spacious, nice, cozy and it has a lot of natural light during the entire day. The building with apartments is designed like a hotel (is within a apart-hotel building) so it has reception, 3 elevators and very solid entrance door. The street is very nice (is pedestrian zone), it has 2 small coffee places, also a sushi place and great wine store. Jana, the lady that is in charge with the apartment is very nice and helpful, she answers very quickly and speaks very good English. The pluses of this apartment: -Good location very close to Novy Smichov shopping mall, tram station, metro station and city-center is very accessible. -Bathroom: very big bathtub, big mirror and a lot of space for putting stuff. The washing machine is very big and works perfectly. -Kitchen: coffee machine was really nice, and the dishwasher as well, but the kitchen is very small. -Very big wardrobe in the bedroom. -The apartmenat has everything you need for a short-period stay and it’s very quiet. The minuses: 1. Level of cleanliness was not the one we expected (considering the price and apart-hotel concept): -the sheets, pillows, towels and quilt were smelly (didn’t use them). -the vent-filter form the bathroom was very dirty (probably never cleaned). We saw the mould that was building up on the edges and we decided to take it down and clean it. -the wardrobe was dusty, we had to clean it out before putting the clothes. -the microwave from the kitchen smelled very bad (we decided not to use it) and we had to clean everything again in order to obtain a level of desired cleanliness. The fridge is small and pretty old. No oven. The metal chain that kept the closet closed (the one with cleaning products as the lady told us) looks very odd. 2. Mattress on the double bed is very hard (one can fell the arches from the mattress) and not very comfortable. 3. Despite modern ambient clear signs of wear: the walls have scratches, the bottom of the door frame of the bathroom is really worn out. 4. We also had some problems with the boiler (when trying to adjust the heating it stopped).

The apartment was lovely and in a fantastic location, with lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance - the apartment itself was still very quiet though. Gerrit was also incredibly helpful throughout our stay, answering any questions we had quickly, despite the fact he was in Brazil. Overall my boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay and we're sad to move out!

Byt je kousek od zastávky metra a kousek od Kunratickéh lesa. Hned za rohem je obchodní centrum Chodov s restauracema a obchodama. Majitelka velmi milá a bezproblémová. Byt byl čistý a připravený.

Rychlé a příjemné jednání, vše co se domluvilo sedělo. Byt ve skutečnosti stejný jako na fotkách.

Everything in this flat is just perfect. I would highly recommend for a short and long stay in Prague. Very close to Andel Metro and Smichov shopping center. Generally has a great location. No noise and no tourists around. I've spent 2 months in this flat and I would say Marketa is perfect host I ever met. Always very helpful.

Bydlení moc pěkné a plně vybavené. Možnost úklidu 1x týdně. Majitelé bydlí v domě, což přišlo vhod při zapomenutí klíčů, také check-in bylo možné uskutečnit dle domluvy. Jen v bytě bylo trochu chladněji (na poměry cizince z Asie), jinak uspokojivý pobyt.

Velmi příjemné a vstřícné jednání. Byt byl plně vybaven, některé drobnosti jako solnička či utěrka na nádobí potěšily, možnost dodávání čistého povlečení a denní recepce. Také internetové připojení fungovalo bezchybně. Dostupnost do centra výborná, poblíž veškerá občanská vybavenost - zastávka MHD, lékárna, obchody. Velká pochvala!
