The flat is nice, spacious and modern. What I liked the most was a comfortable bed and a bathroom.
A bit of a disadvantage were the neighbours who tend to be a loud at night sometimes. But the owners were very open to help, though I managed myself.
The owners were quick to communicate and helpfull.

Alexej is a terrific landlord who remained extremely helpful throughout the entire renting experience. He responds very promptly and answered all of our questions thoroughly before we decided to rent his flat. If you ever have any enquiries he is always willing to help you out and replies immediately. Alexej is also a very friendly and professional landlord who was more than happy to assist us anytime. We couldn’t ask for a better landlord and anyone who rents from him in the future will be glad they did!

The flat is exactly as you see in the pictures, it’s a well furnished space and it’s extremely close to public transport and about 15 minutes from the city centre by tram. There is a super market around 200 m down the street which was hugely beneficial! The apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived and the hand over was easy and effortless.

Over all we were very satisfied with our stay and we highly recommend!

This is a very large, clean, basement-level flat, with all the basics needed for a pleasant stay in Prague. The building is very nice and quiet in a nice residential area of Vinohrady / Prague 2. Petr was very friendly, easy to communicate with, and helpful during my visit. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth.

Many good cafes, pubs, restaurants, markets, and shops are within short walking distance. It is also less than 5-10 minutes walk to trams/buses/metro, many nice parks, and not far from Peace Square and Wenceslas Square.

My visit was during the transition from autumn to winter. There was not much sunlight, but there is good air circulation from the ceiling level windows, and also great amount of heat from the well-spaced adjustable thermal units around the flat.

Overall, this was a good experience in nice space in a great part of the city.

Vybral jsem si byt, který byl dog friendly. Volal jsem i na Flatio a ptal jsem se, jestli tam můž být pes a říkali mi, že ano. Pan majitel ale při předávání klíčů to nevěděl a nadšený nebyl. Bál se, aby pes nic nezničil a několikrát mi říkal, abych ho nekoupal ve vaně atd. Prostě byl moc úzkostlivý na můj vkus, co se týče tohodle, jinak vše ok.

Very clean and well located apartment. Sheets, towels and my room was changed/cleaned once a week. The only issue was the lack of a system for booking the washing machine and that the tumble dryer was out of order. The later was no big issue since there was a drying rack to borrow. I'm overall very pleased with this accommodation during the three months I lived in Prague!

I had the pleasure of staying at Ms. Hostinova's Konevova flat for 3 months while studying abroad. She was a wonderful host and very attentive to my needs and questions. In hindsight, this was the best living accommodations I could have asked for during my stay.

The flat itself is located about 20 mins. from the city center and has a bus stop directly across the street (which will take you to two different metros, depending on where you need to go). The neighborhood may appear a little rough, but it is actually quite pleasant; especially with all the near by parks and small shops. The apartment building and all the neighbors are pretty quiet; everyone keeps to themselves and gives the occasional "Hello" when passing in the hallway.

The flat itself is quaint and aesthetically pleasing. It may seem a little cramped at first (please consider I am a bigger individual), but it something you can get use to fairly quickly. I was fortunate enough to see other flats my classmates stayed in and they definitely fell short in comparison (price, amenities, and defiantly friendliness of the owner/manager).

Overall, this flat is a perfect if you are passing through Prague or need a longer stay; especially if your are looking for the right balance of value and quality. It does take a little to get use to it, but it is fairly quick and easy to do so. I defiantly would not have had the same wonderful experience at any other flat.

V byte som bývala viac než rok a musím povedať, že sa mi tam bývalo viac než príjemne. Pani Janoušková sa vždy snažila vyriešiť problémy promtne a pokial to šlo, vopred na ne upozornila. Celý moj pobyt som sa cítila komfortne "ako vo vlastnom". Čo sa týka bytu tak je riešený veľmi zaujímavo a praticky . Bola som tiež velmi prekvapená tichým a bezpečným okolím bytovky.

Pre mňa to bolo ideálne bývanie :)

The place is very well located (short trip to the centre via tram) and quite cosy.
It had a few problems like the shower door not closing properly and the sofa being broken when we got there, but hopefully they'll be fixed in the near future.

The kitchen was very greasy and overall dirty when we got there, but we cleaned it over the course of our stay. Hopefully the next person won't have to deal with that. We had a few conflicts with Andrea, some our fault and some not, but nothing that we didn't work out.

All in all, we had a pleasant stay.

Everything was perfect. The flat was very nice, in the most convinient and queit neiborhood. Equipment was new and easy to use. Only thing was to have curtains in the bedroom would be better for few sunny days of Prague

The apartment itself is very nice. It is warm, cozy, has plenty of storage, and has pretty much everything you could need. But what I really loved was the location. Just a quick walk across the street to the red line metro, and you can get anywhere in the city in minutes. 1 stop (about 1 minute) on the metro gets you to the major bus depot to go to the towns to the south of Prague.

I loved this place. The neighbourhood is great, quiet and has everything you need. The building is a bit noisy so sometimes you hear peoples loud music. (Happened to me ones a week) I met David in a rush, he never bothered me during my stay, but if I had needed him I'm sure he would have helped me straight away.

Only downsides are that most closet space is already filled so you're left with only one with dificult sized drawers with a chair in front of it. And there's no vacuumcleaner, so there are always some crumbs and dust on the floor. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.
