Owner was kind, reliable and easy to contact. The studio has everything you need for a medium-term stay and is decent. The neighborhood looked a bit sketchy and quiet at first, but is safe and everything you need is reasonably close. The fact that the studio is so easy to reach with public transport from the city center is a big plus.

We stayed in Andrea's apartment for 4 months and we enjoyed our time there a lot! Everything worked very nicely. The flat is clean and cozy and the neighborhood lovely. We highly recommend this flat!

My landlord Eva was a great host during my stay in Brno.

I was very comfortable and was treated with a more than satisfactory level of courteousness.

Eva was very informative and always considerate of all my needs and she provided an experience that I could not have had anywhere else with anyone else.

Eva's home was a wonderful and unique accommodation which will never be forgotten from my memory.

Zitta was the perfect host, super friendly, helpful and uncomplicated!! The flat has everything one could wish for, it's close to Augarten and you can reach every destination in Vienna very fast through Praterstern-station. Thanks for the great time, and I'd love to come back to Vienna soon :)

Martin was very friendly and very accommodating. The flat is located in a fantastic area of Prague. Many shops and restaurants nearby and a quick ride to the city centre. The flat was spacious and very comfortable.

Hello, It was flawless experience being in that home. If we have found any issue, owner was always there to co-operate with us. One can definitely go and rent that place. In future, If I´ll again need a place, will keep that home as 1st Option.

S pani Sanchezovou sa komukovalo velmi dobre. Vychadzala vo vsetko v ustrety. Pri akejkolvek poziadavke reagovala obratom a riesila ju k nasej spokojnosti. Pani Sanchezovu vrelo odporucame kazdemu, kto chce stravit prijemne chvile v Prahe.

I had a great time in Tea's flat! The flat is so nice and was very clean. The location, directly at the station Florenc, is perfect! I really enjoyed the time in Prague. Tea is a wonderful landlord. I could contact her every time!

Can wholeheartedly recommend the flat to anyone, especially if you want to avoid taking bets on Air B'n'B flats or hostels in Brno and want to have a stress-free option instead.

The flat is extremely modern and comfortable. It is entirely furnished and equipped, also, the landlords are always willing to lend anything else you would need.

It is located close to the centre so you can take the many tram lines closeby which take you to the train station in two stops or even walk to the centre in 10min max. It is also close to a Lidl for grocery shopping.

Generally speaking I really enjoyed staying there as the flat is really comfortable and Martin and Monica were really welcoming. They live in a flat upstairs but won´t bother you, on the contrary they were really helpful anytime I needed to ask them for something.
