Really convenient location, the apartment is fairly large, has one north-side and one south-side window so it's not that hot in summer. The desk is really useful if you work remotely, and there's an elevator in the building.

A lovely clean comfortable apartment with great bed for sleeping on the top floor with no neighbour above or next to you so always very quiet night and day on a courtyard with neighbours you never hear. it is in a quiet residential neighborhood but only 3 blocks walk from busses, trams, trains and major shopping mall. as well as numerous restaurants and food stores. The owners were very charming, attentive and helpful.

We had such a wonderful stay at João’s place. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated with care and thoughtfulness, and has a warm, welcoming energy that made us feel instantly at home. It's the perfect balance of stylish and comfortable. The neighborhood is ideal, perfectly situated within walking distance to everything you might need or want to explore, yet the street itself is peaceful and quiet, allowing for restful nights and relaxed mornings. João is an incredibly kind and accommodating host, always responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. It’s clear he truly cares about his guests’ experience. I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent communication with the hostess during the trip. Keys were handed over in person at the agreed time at the entrance, the apartment was shown and the facilities described. The apartment is in a historic building in a quiet location, very well equipped, with a balcony facing the courtyard, so nothing disturbs your stay. I would love to return there sometime. On departure, we agreed on the time for handing over the apartment a day in advance, and everything went exactly as agreed.

I stayed for one month in May/June. Great location. A 10-minute walk to everything you need. Klara was easy to deal with. Check-in / out was very easy. She always responded quickly to inquiries. Very professional. The apartment was presented as advertised. Very clean and tidy. Always hot water whenever you needed it. There is a very good heat / air conditioning unit. The apartment gets lots of daylight and sunshine! Good location on a busy main street, but with the soundproof windows closed, it was very quiet inside. Always a good quiet sleep. Plenty of linens and blankets provided. There is an in-suite washing machine for convenience, and a drying rack and ironing board - but I was surprised there was no iron which would be helpful for long stays. The kitchen had most of the basics items for a long stay, including an oven, if you wanted to prepare some daily meals in the apartment. Note, there is no toaster or microwave which would be helpful for long stays. The other residents in the building were friendly and the building is well maintained by the building manager. As a tour manager, I stay in many rentals each year - this my my best experience.

Beautiful house everything was to our liking great WiFi you can work from home all the facilities are great ,,Amazing host very kind and always available and happy to help .Location is perfect 5 mins away from the beach.Its sad we had to leave it was definitely starting to feel like home , definitely recommend.

The flat is spacious well equipped with all amenities required for a comfortable stay. The location is very ideal with Public Transport and Grocery/Supermarket in walking distance. The landlord Lukas and his wife are wonderful hosts and took good care of us and we had wonderful interactions and dinner get-together with the family. Their children are so adorable and smart for their age. Loved the place, loved the Appartment and the owner. Look forward to stay here again in our next visit.

Příjemný byt v srdci Holešovic. Nemám, co vytknout. Byt je klidný s okny do vnitrobloku. Je skvěle umístěný, vše potřebné je jen maximálně pár minut pěšky.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like in the pictures, very modern and beautiful. The host communicated through WhatsApp and the responses were timely and helpful. On the first floor there is a cafe where you can always get a nice lunch or dinner and pastries. Overall I really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay there again!

I had a great time staying in this studio, great value for money. Everything was perfect. It was neat, quiet, spacious. The hosts completely respected my space yet were there for me if i needed anything and responded fast. The location is perfect if you don't mind walking a bit. A 15minute walk brings you to the fertagus/bus/tram station. Tip: If you like to explore, get a navegante pass (40eur a month-unlimited travel lisbon metropolitan area) and then, corroios is perfect centered to easy explore lisbon, cascais, sintra, belem, costa caparica beaches but also all the way up to Setubal. I walked many streets and the locals always showed respect and were very friendly, so i felt very safe here. Great experience.

The apartment itself is fantastic — very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything went smoothly from the beginning to the end of my stay. The location is very central. You are in beautiful Praça da Figueira in a two minutes walk. Sandra is very attentive and has thought of everything you may need. I even found needle and thread to sew on a button! There are all the usual items but also extra batteries, safety pins, games, detergent and softener for laundry, basic ingredients like coffee, olive oil, vinaigre, pepper and more, a well-equipped kitchen etc. The decorations are beautiful and the plants real. On the other hand, it is near an area where street people gather. Even with the double-pain windows shut, the noise bothered me. There are many other tourists around and I felt totally safe. Sandra was very helpful and notified the police or someone and the noise diminished a lot.

The location is excellent. The apartment is in the attic and the ceiling is low. I hit my head several times. After a few hits I rearranged the desk and the cloths rack to fit my size. The staff were very polite and kept the apartment neat.
