I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Lisbon. The apartment is well-maintained, featuring a clean and modern interior that made our stay very enjoyable. The living area is spacious, providing a comfortable environment whether you’re staying short or long-term. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. All the utensils and cookware were in excellent condition. Having a designated parking space was a huge advantage, especially in Lisbon where parking can be a challenge. The bedroom was cozy, with a comfortable bed that guaranteed a good night’s sleep. The linens were fresh, and there was ample closet space for all our belongings. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, allowing for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, local shops and cafes are within walking distance, which was very convenient. One of the highlights of the area is the nearby park, which is perfect for both relaxation and recreation. There’s a well-maintained playground in the middle of the park, which is great for families with children. There’s also plenty of space for picnics, with beautiful grassy areas and picnic tables nestled between the trees. The convenience of having the Continente supermarket nearby was another plus. It’s large enough to find everything you might need during your stay. Finally, the proximity to the Lumiar subway station was very helpful. The station is nice and clean, making it easy to get around the city. Maria, the host, was incredibly accommodating and attentive throughout our stay. She provided clear instructions for check-in and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Her warm hospitality truly made us feel at home, and she went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Maria's personal touch really elevated our experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better host.

The place is amazing, Andrew is super organized and really wants you to be comfortable in the rental. I would definitely rent from them again.

The room is organized and clean. It has all the important amenities you need to cook your meals at home and the internet connection is reliable and fast. It's close to basically everything like supermarkets, bakeries, parks, gyms, subway stations, all different types of restaurants, convenience stores, bus stations and other small family shops. The location is also a positive point since it's very easy to get around Lisbon from there. Maria was very helpful, attentive and very easy to communicate with. I will surely stay here again. The owner was very concerned in making the room more comfortable. She was very respectful with my time and space. The only bad thing, and it's a pity, cause my stay could have been perfect without them, was the couple at next room. Very dirty and rude. Perhaps it's the same people that mentioned José Antonio G.

This apartment is masterpiece 🤩 We’ve been living here for two months and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The hosts are incredibly thoughtful and welcoming, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen utensils and spices to towels and more—every detail was covered! The apartment is beautifully decorated with an impressive collection of art and unique items. He was an excellent host! I think the best. He was so gentleman, kind and special with us, giving us recommendations to explore around the zone, also we went out we him and he carried us to the airport! His flat was so clean, with a well equipped kitchen. Big living room and comfortable room.

We stayed at the apartment for a month and felt right at home. The apartment is new and well equipped. Jiri is a great host, he was very responsive and considerate throughout our stay.

Gabriella's place is centrally located, with easy access to many forms of public transportation, great cafes and restaurants, fun playgrounds for little ones - essentially everything that makes Budapest great. The apartment is updated, renovated and furnished with care to match the character of the historical building. The little balcony is a fun extra for morning coffees - or to catch a glimpse of the annual fireworks. The AC was able to deal with the heat waves mostly without issues, although the office space got pretty hot at the end of a long day. Communication with Gabriella couldn't have been easier, she was reaching out in advance to make sure everything is ready for our arrival and handled any questions promptly. The little details, like junior bedding for my daughter, truly made her stand out.

The apartment itself is nice and the location is hard to beat. It's right next to the Riva, Palace, Marjan park and as close as it gets to some of the nicest beaches. My personal favorite was a rocky spot between the dog beach and Jezinac (you can cliff jump there). It is really impressive how safe Croatia is. I've left my belongings at the beach for 5 weeks for extended periouds of time and no one ever took anything. There's also Nextbike station right next to the building and multiple grocery stores. I really enjoyed my stay overall. I did have some troubles moving in: I was provided move in instructions about an hour before move-in time and my messages asking this info were ignored until then. They have also removed a dinner table and installed a bar top along the wall and didn't update the pictures (however, they told me about it when I booked). I was planning to work remotely, so that was important. All the bar stools were built backwards but they fixed it the next day. There was a large mattress on the floor taking all the space, all the closets were taken with owners stuff, the cleanliness overall was subpar but the bathroom was disgusting. They managed to get a cleaning lady in 4 days and she only cleaned the bathroom. Internet didn't work the first two days so I had to pay 25 Euros for a day at coworking space. The modem is located in a different apartment that these owners rent out next door, so that made it harder to manage. Therefore, first week was rather stressful but after all the issues were fixed it was fine. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs every day but I saw it as a workout. :) Also the chirch across the street rings a bell at 6:30 and 7 am every day but after a while I got used to it and stopped waking up on most days.

We had a wonderful stay at Pavlina's cozy apartment in Prague. The space is warm, inviting, and well-maintained, making it a perfect retreat after exploring the city. Pavlina was an exceptional host, always keeping up great communication and following up to ensure everything was just right. Her attentiveness truly made the stay special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience in Prague!
