Luis is very welcoming and extremely accommodating. We had to change our dates multiple times because we had a lot of uncertainty around our move to a more permanent place, and he was very helpful throughout it all. The flat is great for a couple. My girlfriend and I have had to do a lot of short-term stays in the past year, and this is by the far the best place we've stayed at.

The owner is super host. She is always in touch, helps in any situation. The apartment is located in a pleasant area, with necessary stores nearby. The apartment has everything you need, very comfortable to live in. The only downside is that it can get a bit cool in winter.

A nice studio that’s exactly as described by the landlord. Clean, cozy and 15 minutes from Braga’s center. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and if you are there over a holiday, you’re likely to see a tremendous fireworks display looking towards the city.

The apartment was exactly as described and illustrated. Directions to the unit were concise and access to the property and the unit was simple and straightforward, without issues. Sonia, Sofia and team were attentive and responsive and communicated frequently, checking in on us and responding quickly to our questions and issues. We couldn't have asked for better landlords to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable

This is a cosy little apartment. The surroundings are very peaceful and quiet. It is very well connected by both tram and bus and Metro C is a couple of stops by bus. The landlord is very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to.

Everything was excellent. The flat was lovely, and the owner was very responsible. I highly recommend it!

I rented an apartment from Dita and it was fantastic! The place was cozy and had everything I needed. But the best part? The terrace had the most amazing view of Prague! Dita was also really helpful and made everything easy. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Prague, I definitely recommend Dita as your landlord!

Great experience staying at Andre's place. Located right above Le Vie mall makes it very convenient. Apartment is well equipped and nicely designed. Above all, Andre is wonderful host, with great approach and availability.

The apartment is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and Nazare. It has a lovely view and the rooms are bigger than the photos show. The building is quiet and well-maintained. The apartment is a little tired in places, but well supplied with everything you would need for your stay.

The house is renovated and cozy. We stayed 40 days. We enjoyed this period. It is a calm and silent neighborhood and very center. Going to Roxio is 10 min on foot. It gets sunlight well, as a remote working person that was important to me. The heating is working well, we didn't feel any cold even in January. If you are planning to spend more time in bed, upstairs is not a good option. The ceiling is too narrow, you cannot stand up there. We used that part just for sleeping. Although the induction cooktop was heating water quickly, a water kettle would be nice. Also, there should be iron too. The kitchen stuff is not so much but we cooked at home and they were enough to manage. Didn't have trouble with that. Maurice and his colleagues are so warm, kind, and quick-responsive people. We didn't face any problems. His colleague waited for me at the house to check in even though my flight was delayed. Also, I asked for a bit late check out they didn't make this a problem.

First, the host was super friendly and brought oranges from the family fruit farm - very juicy and sweet oranges, and such a warm welcome. Kitchen had everything you could want and more - even a hand blender, which we used to make a big healthy soup! Accessibility- the building is quite dated, and accessibility probably wasn’t in the planning. There is 2 steps up to the entrance, and 4 steps in the lobby before you get to the lift, which is also very narrow - so this may be difficult if you have a pram or wheelchair. While the building is dated, the apartment itself has had a full renovation and feels very modern, with a couple of traditional items of furniture in the living space - which give it a really unique feel. There are also windows running the whole length of the living room, which means there’s always plenty of light coming in, making the space feel bigger. There is easily enough space to do a home workout - either in the lounge if you move some furniture around, or on the long balcony - which runs the length of, and is accessible from both of the bedrooms. Plus, the streets in the surrounding area are perfect if you like to run in your neighbourhood. The workspace available in the apartment is brilliant. Both bedrooms have a desk with a really big 2nd monitor - unfortunately the monitor is not height adjustable, but the chair is so you can optimize the set up a little to make it right for you. The desks are also set up with lamps so you can get the lighting just how you like it. I felt very at home here - small things like lots of hangers in the wardrobes and having a laundry basket made it feel really convenient, not like many other mid term rentals! This listing was 100% as described, and I’ll be happy to stay here again in Faro.

Pedro's flat is very nice and cozy. The terrace is beautiful, the bed is comfortable and it has also a small studio perfect for working. I found all that I needed. The only downside was the humidity (I went on Junuary and on some days it was raining) but there was a dehumidifier to handle that. I recommend the flat.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. It is comfortable and spacious, with all amenities and equipaments available. Excellent internet connection for those who are working. The landlord is very polite and friendly and responds very quickly to all asked questions.

Very helpful, friendly, fast responding and attentive landlord. Maria always helped me out when there was a small issue or when moving in and out. The only small downside is the equipment of the kitchen which could be renewed here and there, but all in all it was a modern and tidy apartment with excellent connection to the city and a fantastic experience in general!

Hey, everybody. Our family stayed at Paulo's condo for 2 weeks. We arrived in Lisbon on Christmas Eve. The apartment was prepared for our stay. Paulo left the keys in the locker box near the airport and sent us detailed instructions on how to operate all the appliances in the apartment. In the kitchen you will find a coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster and much more. The apartment has air conditioners (2) and an oil heater. Cozy living room with table, large TV and sofa. The apartment is located in proximity to bus stops. 10 minutes to the subway. To continent and lidl about 15-20 minutes, next to the subway there is a big grocery Pingo doche. Near the Jose Alvalada stadium where Sporting plays. We rented a car. It can be parked across the street. On the map you will find a large parking lot (weekends are free). All in all we had a good stay. But the lock on the front door broke. Paulo came and replaced the lock quickly, even though it was Christmas. Thank you very much, it was very cool. Our family was very satisfied.
