Great host, check-in was very easy, communication was quick and comfortable. Location near metro and walkable distance from many central locations. Apartment is very clean, comfortable and cozy, outside terrace with big sun-umbrella and became dry very fast after the rain. Kitchen is well equipped.

Excellent location with markets, cafes and restaurants a few meters away. 8 minutes walk from the metro station and El Corte Ingles. My husband and I worked remotely for a month with stable internet without problems for video conferences. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen is very complete. We feel very comfortable.

The apartment I rented was listed with a washing machine but the first unit did not have one. After communicating with the landlord they quickly apologized and arranged for me to move to another unit the next day. Communication was prompt through the Flatio ap.
The apartment was sparsely furnished, the bed was very comfortable and better than most other rentals. A double set of sheets and towels were supplied in the closet and the bathroom shower was strong. The kitchen was set up with the basics. The mini split worked well. It was nice to open the large doors for fresh air when not using the ac. The walls and baseboards were beat in some areas.

Pedro is a great host, very helpful and kind .
Apartment in good location, good internet for working.
It’s a bit noisy because of the airplanes but you can close the windows and it’s fine.

Excellent. The location is great with easy access to metro, trams and busses. The area is not far from the center (less than 10 min. walk to the National Museum) but it is far enough to provide peace and quiet, specially at night. The room provided was comfortable enough for one person and the hotel personnel is extremely friendly, polite and helpful. As a guest you receive a discount for eating there. Daniel was quick to respond and both check in and check out were quick and easy. Absolutely reccomend.

The apartment location was perfect!!! The location of the apartment is within a 30-second walk of a bus line in either direction, not to mention a nearby park where you can relax with coffee, soda, or wine. Finding a grocer, restaurant, or cafe within walking distance is not an issue - again 30-seconds!
The apartment building was quiet, and the neighbors were delightful. The lobby in the apartment building was nicely maintained. The apartment was my slice of heaven for a while.
Finally, Tania was a fantastic landlord. She was very personable. She made some excellent recommendations, which elevated my experience while in Lisbon. She is an absolute mensch!

Claudia was great to work with! The apartment was super cute and had a lovely view of a church. It also has laundry and the best drying rack I’ve ever seen, which was very handy. I should note for anyone with mobility issues there are 4 flights of stairs that are quite narrow. Very authentic and old school (which I like), but it could be challenging for some folks. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend!

Landlord: Margarida is incredibly kind! Though there were misunderstandings along the way, she always handled everything professionally and with grace.
Apartment: The view from the apartment is incredible - totally worth the stay! The lounge feels like home. A warm stay.

Krásny svetlý, čistý byt v skvelej lokalite, ktorý mal všetko čo som potrebovala. :) Pani majiteľka je veľmi príjemná, ústretová osoba, s ktorou nebol problém dohodnúť sa, komunikovať nech sa jednalo o čokoľvek, čo celkovo môj pobyt v Prahe spríjemnilo. Ďakujem veľmi pekne. :)

Útulný, světlý, čistý byt s promyšleným designem. Výhodná poloha, blízko centra, zastávka autobusu je 5 metrů od vchodu. Velice se mi to líbilo! Dobrá postel, kuchyně vybavená vším, co potřebujete. Velmi čisté. V blízkosti je kavárna a supermarket. Majitel bytu byl velmi pozorný a přátelský. Příjemným a nečekaným plusem byla bezplatná posilovna v budově!
