Everything was fine, the owner was available and helpful even though she does not live in Prague, all was good without any problems. The flat is as on the photos. The only disadvantage of the apartment is that it is on the 4th floor without an elevator, otherwise everything was perfect and as expected.

Such a fantastic stay for my one month trip to Lisbon. I worked from Lisbon, mostly from the flat, during my stay. Internet was great - even from the balcony! Rui is incredibly communicative and on top of things. The neighborhood is quiet and more residential, which was perfect for what I was looking for. There are some good restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well. The views from the balcony are 10/10. If you're looking to stay in Lisbon, look no further!

Beautiful apartment and the landlord is a very nice person

Pros: The house is absolutely beautiful! Very comfortable and well decorated. The location is also perfect with many busses, and a pharmacy and grocery store less than a block away. The apartment is well equipped with dishes, coffee machine and plenty of closet space. The air conditioning is available in the bedroom and living room. You have views of the bridge and also of downtown Lisbon from the window. Very close to LX factory and many great restaurants in the area. The landlord is also quite flexible and accommodating. Cons: The apartment is on the top floor which means you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to get to it. There were also some small issues in the bathroom. There was an infestation of ants coming through to the apartment from behind the bathroom door. I was able to resolve it myself for the remainder of my time there but it is something to keep an eye out for. Also the bathroom door has a loose handle which can fall out if you pull on it. It wasn't resolved while I was there but hopefully it will be for the next tenants. Thirdly the dog downstairs is very loud and barks a lot during the day . Something to consider for those working from home.

Appartment was clean and comfortable. Good internet. Whole process of moving in/out was smooth and clear.

Gorgeous little apartment with a fantastic view and balcony space. It is worth noting though that the way to the apartment is rather steep and may be strenuous for some. The kitchen also lacked some amenities for long-term stays, but for shorter term I think it’s a fantastic space for 1-2 people. Lisbeth was a great host — super accommodating and helpful with my questions. Felt very comfortable during my stay.

Nice coliving space, whose cleanliness depends on the respect of the other roommates (which highly varies in particular when students are accommodated). The accommodation is equipped with everything you need and allows access to the coworking space on the first floor at no additional cost. The location is perfect, and the staff does their cleaning job very well. The price is ok / fair, especially since all accommodation is very expensive in Sao Miguel.

This is my first time using this platform to find an accommodation. It is for my son Internship in Brno. We are from the United Kingdom. I am so fortunate that I can find this property; especially the owner was so kind to my son. He provided him a lot of information as it is useful to a person never been to this place. He responded promptly to any communication I sent. He assisted me in sorting out different period of stay for my son. The cleanliness of the apartment was outstanding upon arrival. And, the view out of the apartment is nice and private, however the air conditioning didn't function properly for the majority of our stay. With the apartment facing west, it was unbearable during August. There were adequate items for cooking etc, however some basic items like an iron, vacuum, and drying rack for clothes would have been nice. The landlord was a good communicator so that made the stay pleasant. .

Great apartment with a lot of space and light, well equipped! Really nice and quiet balcony as it's facial the courtyard. Good internet and desks/ chairs for working. Communication with Michaela was easy and she was helpful with anything I needed, would stay at her place again :)

The flat was very pleasant and quiet. It fitted perfectly my needs for my two-week stay. Gabi was very nice and easy to communicate, making all the arrangements very smooth.
