Overall a lovely place in a perfect location.
I had no issues while staying at Stana's apartment, apart from a small hiccup with the internet which she promptly fixed. The apartment is now well-equipped for anyone who should have a higher demand for bandwidth/speed ;)

The apartment itself is well-equipped regarding any practical needs, and looks/feels extremely cozy and stylish. Stana is very communicative and understanding as a landlord, and we are certain future tenants will be extended the same hospitality and service we were during our stay.

The apartment has a really good location in a quiet area but near the center and university. It is very well equipped and very bright. The owners are very friendly and helpful. I stayed there for 10 months, and everything was really nice. I recommend it.

The apartment was very well equipped and located in a perfect place in prague (close to universities and the center, but also a quiet area where you can get a good nights sleep). The landlord and receptionist were always really cooperative whenever a problem arose and they fixed any issues MAXIMUM within a few hours. Overall, a really pleasant experience.

It was amaizing stay! Madeira is a paradise island, but leaving next to the longest beach is awesome. Each mornig we waked up and go to the balcony to see the best calm view to the ocean.
The appartments is spacious, clean and comforable. Moreover what is important is that it is super easy to get from airport the bus stop is just next to the building.
We stayed for 6 weeks, which is quite a lot for us and we have everything that can be need: good wi-fi, kitchen, waching machine, table for work. Also a big bonus is swimming pool.
The owners are supper hospitable, and helped us several times with a pleasure when we need. We will definely try to get to the same appartments when we will return in Madeira next time! Strongly recommend.

This unit has the ability to house 5 or 6 people so per person is it a great value. The location is the best reason to stay here. All of the best of Lisbon is easily accessible by walking or by the superb public transportation. Alfama and the Castle are close and having a supermarket almost at your front door is great. The elevator to the square is a wonderful bonus as long as you are in a bit early.
It is an historic, older building.

Excellent modern, stylish, comfortable and very well-equipped flat. Roman is very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful. He has obviously put a lot of thought and effort into his flat and is happy to help his tenants in whatever way he can.

This experience could not have gone any better with Richard. From the beginning he was cooperative, informative, and always responsive. I am a student from America and I do not speak Czech, however our communication is easy because Richard has perfect English and he also has had the experience of studying abroad!! The place itself is beautiful, newly renovated and spacious. I feel very lucky that I have this living situation. Thanks Richard!!
