Alena is a great landlord, always available to support a tenant's needs and can flexibly adapt to changes and necessitites. She puts great care in the apartment and she keeps taking care of it even during your stay (of course with communication with the tenant). The apartment is extremely comfortable and cozy, very recommended!

Jesús was an extremely helpful owner with an amazing apartment! He was very quick with responses throughout, especially with helping to accommodate for move-in and move-out. The apartment was perfect for our needs. It had a very large bedroom, great workspace (with fast internet), hot water, a well-set up kitchen, and great views of the city. The location is perfect if you want to take advantage of Madrid city center, right by many cafes, shops and restaurants and metro access. I highly recommend!

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment in the center of Rovinj. It’s completed with all stuff which is necessary for living or long staying. The owner is really nice and pleasant man, we definitely recommend to cooperate :)

The flat is well-located and it covers the basic needs. However, when we arrived in the flat we found many of the electrical appliances were not functioning properly. Indeed, the washing machine did not rinse the clothes properly, the dishwasher left the dishes dirty in many occasions, and the microwave produced a weird smell sometimes. Also, the pans were in bad condition and we needed to ask for one in which food wouldn't get completely stuck. These are the type of things that should be reviewed before renting the flat. On top of that, our Wifi connection was not good (as it was shared with the flat in front of ours) and there were days we had to use our data, which is not ideal considering our status as students who need a proper Internet connection. Although we communicated this matter, they never came back to fix it.

This apartment is in impeccably clean condition, nicely furnished, and in a walkable location close to all amenities while being extremely quiet and peaceful. It also has 400MB internet connection and SmartTV. I liked it so much and was so comfortable there that I didn't want to leave. Highly recommend!

The flat and the experience with the landlord were absolutely great! The flat is perfect for both long and short stays; it is super well-equipped. It is also very well located, you have a supermarket two minutes literally walking, and several transport options. The landlord answered super fast and was very helpful. About the heating, the flat is not cold at all, so I only had to use the heating in December. I definitely recommend staying in this flat!

Great apartment with the most amazing view you could ask for. Sunsets here are beautiful and you can enjoy them on the balcony. The location is really good and it's a very nice walk into town (or in the other direction to the Forum shopping centre). The flat is really well furnished with a lot of storage if you're staying long term. The kitchen has everything you need. The team are very helpful and always answering any queries quickly. We needed some extra glasses and they went and bought them straight away. They also gave us some recommendations for restaurants and activities which we really appreciated.

A neat little flat in a silent and safe quarter, and a super nice landlord, ready to help with all the questions and troubles.

We spent 1 month here and overall enjoyed the time a lot.
The hosts Sverker and Silvia are very positive and hospitable people who tried to find a solution for everything. Silvia is also a highly recommended yoga teacher. The apartment is spacious with a large living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. It has a fabulous view and a huge terrace. The bathroom and the kitchen are a bit outdated and should be renewed soon (especially the cooking surface). Nevertheless, we could use everything without problems ... we cooked a lot. (We did't use the microwave.) There is a workstation in one of the bedrooms. Also, you can work at the table on the terrace, which we partly put in the apartment. The internet connection was very good. In the immediate vicinity is everything you need for everyday life: 2-3 simple Cafes, a bakery, 2-3 restaurants, 2 minimarkets. The bus goes about 1 time an hour to Funchal. If you want to see more of the island we would highly recommend renting a car – especially because everything on this island is very steep: This went problem-free at "7M" in the main street at relatively low prices. The cars are already a bit worn, but were otherwise reliable. … and most important: There’s the the old and very cute dog Pepe, who will come to visit you from time to time. Thanks for the good time!

Flat is perfect ! Perfectly located (several tram stop very close), shops are really close, nice parks in the neighbourhood. The flat is nice, well furnished, with everything you need to feel home (a desk to work, lots of kitchen furnitures), and even a small balcony. I absolutely LOVED my 3 months there !

Ich habe 4 Monate in der Wohnung von Diana verbracht und war rundum zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen längeren Aufenthalt in Budapest und Diana ist eine unglaublich nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, welche bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung stand. Zudem ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen und die Anbindung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist sehr gut. Ich kann sowohl die Wohnung, als auch Diana als Vermieterin wärmstens weiter empfehlen :-)
