We loved out time at this apartment and the service from the landlords was excellent. Everything was lovely and anything we required provided. They even printed out documents for us. We used the apartment for remote work and holiday and for us it was perfect. Within walking distance of Funchal approax half an hours walk or 40 minutes stroll but the bus stop is only a couple of minutes away and takes less than 10 minutes too. Try the Tiles Restaurant - superb food.

Amazing place - stayed with my partner for four months. I really, really enjoyed staying in this apartment. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and beautifully redecorated. The place has everything one could need, including great WIFI, coffee machine, dishwasher, great shower, and excellent living space. The apartment is safe and secure with double door access and very quiet. The location is also great, one of the best places to eat is just a stone's throw away, and also there is a SPAR and LIDL within walking distance. Reaching the centre was easy and fast. The landlady is extremely pleasant and friendly and was always more than happy to help with every question. I will undoubtedly stay here again.

The studio is located in a very strategic place, very close to the city centre and to the bus stop ( it takes nothing to reach the airport from here). The interior is divided in 3 rooms: A small bathroom, an equipped kitchen and the main room with a large bed, a tv and an amazing bathtub. There's only one window in the whole apartment but this is not big deal, at least for those with a minimum of adaptability. The heating system works great, I never felt cold here and this is even more remarkable considering that I've spent here those that happen to be the coldest months of the year! Plus, communication with the owner (Dominika) was perfect, and Dominika herself proved to be an amazing landlord, always ready to help me with everything that could have gone wrong. In general, I would highly recommend your stay in this studio...I think I'd come here again and I hope to do so since I'd like to come back to Bratislava in the near future! Once again, thank you Dominika!!

We had a fantastic experience with Margarida. From day one, she helped us to get settled: accommodated our arrival time, met us at the apartment, provided us with helpful info about the neighborhood, and was quick to respond to any and all questions we had during our month-long stay. Definitely went above and beyond to ensure we were well cared for, so a genuinely fantastic experience.

This is a beautiful apartment and we will be back for long stays whenever we are in Budapest. It has high cielings, the view looks at historic buildings, the internal design is just fantastic with many small architectural touches with frosted glass windows towards the bathroom to get natural and other light even if switch is not on. The kitchen is beautifully arranged. There was a lot of food in it. We too tried to leave a lot of food when we left. Everything is beautifully appointed. Estela and her father were very kind people. Its an absolutely lovely area which we have been Familiar with from before. Trams, bus, shops, supermarkets are all nearby. There are churches and restaurants in walking distance. Yet its a quiet street only filled with university students as many of the buildings in the street belong to university. But the students are quiet most of the time. They add a nice young feel to the ambience. This is part of the historic palace district so there are fantastic buildings all around. We can't say enough about this lovely apartment which should be used by all.

The apartment is located very close to everywhere in Aveiro. Walking distance to the canal, Forum, groceries, Museum, etc.

El alojamiento para pasar unos días está muy bien! La ubicación es excelente y los propietarios están para ayudarte cuando Io necesitas. Las habitaciones también tienen mucha luz y están muy bien. Lo que me gustaría mejorar del apartamento es la cocina ya que es muy simple y a veces es difícil coordinarse con tanta gente. Y también la luz del comedor porque es un poco floja. Por lo demás, todo genial.

My stay in Prague was wonderful with this room! The atmosphere in the flat share is very good, multicultural and very enriching. Moreover, the house is ideally located in a quiet area with a lot of public transport nearby (train, bus, tram). Do not hesitate and go for it!

The apartment is perfectly situated in the city center close to the old town and the public transport is not far away. The river and small parks are close as well. It is the perfect place for a weekend in Prague or for a longer stay

The Madalena apartment was wonderful to stay in. It was very clean, had all the furnishings and dishes we needed as well as being a 5 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend the apartment and Sónia!

Apartment convenient to public transportation, within walking distance to popular sites as well as laundry and markets. Would recommend for short stays only. Bed was very comfortable but not remaining furniture. Basic bath and kitchen.

El apartamento en general está muy bien, es muy bonito, acogedor y sobre todo muy bien ubicado, está al lado del centro, se puede ir caminando a todas partes y a pesar de estar en el centro no hay nada de ruido, es muy cómodo. Hay cosas del apartamento que creemos que se podrían mejorar para que fuese perfecto, pero son pequeñas cosas que si el propietario quiere se pueden modificar sin problema (poner mampara en el baño, arreglar las persianas, poner algo más de menaje de cocina...) son detalles pero yo lo recomiendo y si volviese a ir, volvería al mismo sitio. En cuanto al propietario, le doy un 10, tuvimos algún problema con alguna cosa que no funcionaba bien y enseguida nos atenderieron, vinieron a verlo y a arreglar lo que pudieron, les pedimos un microondas porque solo tenía dos fuegos para cocinar y lo entendieron y nos lo trajeron, muy amables, muy resolutivas, muy bien la verdad.

It was a great place to stay at before finding something more permanent. It is extremely well located (2-5 minutes walk to different bus stations that connect you with downtown). Comboios (train) stations less than 10-min walk, supermarkets opened until late super close. Sunny throughout the entire day, great view, well equipped (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry), extra clean and pretty and very cozy. Maybe a bit cold but there was a heater that worked pretty well. The garbage truck was a bit noisy at nights but that’d be similar around Lisbon. Manuela and Jose are very responsive and helpful. Lx Factory is close enough to walk, have dinner and walk back. Highly recommended!!

We couldn't have had a better first experience with Flatio. Petr is very helpful and friendly - he has always solved everything above standard for us! The studio is spacious, well equipped and modern. We will miss the evenings by the fireplace and the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Fast wifi - we both worked from home. There is everything in the area - food selection, cafes, tram / metro. This apartment simply has everything and we are already looking forward to our return :-) Nemohli jsme mít lepší první zkušenost s Flatiem. Petr je velmi ochotný a přátelský - nadstandardně pro nás všechno vždy vyřešil! Studio je prostorné a skvěle vybavené, moderní. Večery u krbu nám budou chybět. Nejpohodlnější postel ve které jsme kdy spali. Rychlá wifi - oba jsme pracovali z domu. V okolí je vše - výběr potravin, kavárny, tramvaj/metro. Tenhle byt má zkrátka vše a my se už těšíme, až se vrátíme :-)

We had a great stay in the apartment. The communication with the owner was easy, fast and if we needed something they tried to do everything in their power to fix the problem. We loved the apartment since it is very large, has an amazing balcony and large windows. The kitchen was also very well equipped. There were a few minor things broken for example a door handle or the water pipe in the kitchen - both things were fixed in 1 or 2 days when we announced the problem. All in all we would definitely recommend :)
