Apartment itself would have been slightly crowded in terms of facilities if the other rooms were occupied during my stay (but they weren't), also you can hear every whisper between an adjacent bedroom and rented room. But these rooms were unoccupied for me so no problems. Apartment really nice in all other respects. Location too. Owner was good, no problems, many thanks again

Krásné bydlení v dobré dostupnosti. Vybavenost v kuchyni vše co potřebujete až na sprchu, kde nešla regulovat teplota vody bydlení doporučuji.

Rita has been a great landlord! She was always super helpful and friendly. The apartment is in great shape and is situated in a beautiful and safe area with good public transportation options and close proximity to nature (despite being the city center).

The apartment is well located and equiped. There are a lot of local shops nearby (e.g. grocery, bakery, minimarket) . The east/west orientation grants always a direct source of sunlight throughout the day. The café below (with outdoor terrace) can cause some noise, specially in the early morning, but it is tolerable overall.

It was very pleasent stay. The flat is very well equipped for everyday life. The location of the flat is good as well, everything I needed was near.

A. The flat is new and nicely decorated. Very modern standards.
B. Internet works very well if you are working remotely.
C. The location in Funchal is great: very central and convenient for buses, teleferico, access to seafront.
D. Vitor is an amazing host, helpful, kind, very quick in addressing requests/questions.
E. On the downside of the apartment, it is noisy due to the big street downstairs and there is no space outside (shared balcony, garden) which I found missing when working remotely and being therefore locked in the studio flat for some hours. But being fair, the price is also more reasonable than other places... one cannot have it all.

Lenka is a great host, and was very kind and generous with her time and availability. The flat is roomy and comfortable, with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood is very calm, with many shops and parks nearby. Public transportation is very close, but the area is also worth exploring by foot. Overall, I enjoyed my experience here.

We lived in this apartment from January to the beginning of June and we truly loved our stay! The apartment is nice and modern, equipped with everything you might need. The best feature is the amazing back porch, where you have sun from early morning to around 5 pm.

Estrela is a great neighbourhood with everything you need within walking distance; 15 min walk to Bairro Alto, 10 min to Santos train station, 2 min to the tram stop, 10 min to a big grocery store, and 2 min to the minimercado (small store) on the corner. The beautiful park Jardim da Estrela is also only 2-3 minutes away and you have a nice variety of cafes and restaurants close by. The area felt very safe (it's located right behind the Parliament, The São Bento Palace), and you are surrounded by friendly neighbours.

We had good communication with the hosts, Iris and Maud; they were very responsive and easy to deal with. Would absolutely recommend this apartment and Lisbeyond to others who want to enjoy their stay in Lisbon.
