I stayed at Abel's place for 4 months. It's a great place to stay if you are a digital nomad looking for a cute, fully functional small appartment where you can work from home. The neighborhood is so nice and typical, you are litterally in the heart of Alfama. Access by foot to the viewpoints is very easy. There is a supermarket and a metro station in less than 5 minutes walking distance, and also the wonderful Italian restaurant Casanova. Last but not least, Abel is a great host. Extremely responsive, professional, and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay pleasant. 5 stars!

I had a great 2 months in the flat. Everything was exactly as pictured, and the large windows provide plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is one of the best in Prague, with plenty of lively bars, restaurants, and parks nearby. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Prague.

It's a studio flat but well organised and with all the commodities for long stays. Full of light and with a nice balcony. Good conditions if you are working from home. Located in a very calm area, but relatively close to the center (10min by bus) and very easily accessed when you came from Vienna Airport (catch bus 88 from Most SNP and less than 10min walk). The landlord is great, she's always available if you need something but also gives you total privacy.

A cozy place to live in, but the apartment is a little too small for more than two people. The lack of elevator is a bummer considering the flat is on the fourth floor. But it's a nice neighborhood, with every resources nearby. :)

The owner is very friendly and accessible. That was very easy to communicate with him. I didn't have any problems and I strongly recommend his flat!

Byt je pohodlný a přímo před domem je zastávka MHD. Bezproblémová komunikace s majitelkou. Jediná nevýhoda je, že pokud je venku horko, je velké horko i v bytě.

The studio was nice and confortable. There were a few things missing (such as a colander) and I couldn't use the pan, but otherwise it was well equipped. The building and neighborhood are a bit noisy.

Byt, ve kterém jsem se cítil velmi komfortně a jako doma. Lokalita je bezchybná, v okolí mnoho super podniků, zároveň blízko do centra. Také velmi oceňuji rychlou komunikaci. Byt má krásný interiér a působí prostě moc příjemně. :) Celkově hodnotím velmi pozitivně!

Wonderful, cute and super clean little studio flat with all necessary amenities, even in the kitchen for cooking, there is high speed wifi, huge TV, a washing machine, iron, safe etc. There is an AC and windows for fresh air which are essential especially during the hot, stuffy Hungarian summer. It felt very safe and secure and perfectly centrally located which is a key factor in getting around with public transportation. I loved the design in the bathrooms, very pretty and simple. It is a very loud street of downtown Budapest and since this room is the ground level not only the loud street noise, but people’s cigarette smoke comes through the windows when they are open. The shade curtain is just a tiny bit too small to block out the light on the windows but they look great and match the interior decor. Overall, I give a 10/10 rating, I totally recommend this nicely decorated and fun studio flat for one or two people and I would return myself.

I had a pleasant stay at Lucie's place, the apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped, no noisy neighbors. The location is also very convenient, you have all the amenities close by, Andel is just a couple minutes of walk, and you can also cross the river to Náplavka/Palackého námestí in 10 minutes. Overall I'd highly recommend this place!

Velmi dobrá, rychlá komunikace s majitelkou. Byt velmi příjemný ( i ve velkých vedrech, která v době pobytu panovala). Dům i okolí příjemné a klidné. Dobrá poloha a dostupnost.

Francisco is a very attentive and empathetic host and takes care of the place from the heart.

We booked this place without visiting before I arrived in Lisbon and, we were super worried about what if the place didn't look like the images. But the apartment was fabulous, and Liliana is one of the lovely people I ever met. Everything you can imagen to have in your place is ready for you from kitchenware to even a special bed for a newborn. The apartment is spotless, well designed, and located close to public transportation in downtown Lisbon. We lived there for two months, and now I can highly recommend it.

This place is a wonderful home away from home. The light is incredible, the views and the sunsets. It is most certainly one of the best stays I have had in a long while. Close to the famous surfing beaches - you can walk with your board 15 mins to the nearest spot for a session. I had a car during my stay which I was able to keep in the underground garage. 5 minute drive to Ericiera and all the big supermarkets. If you want to walk, there is a small supermarket 10 mins from the house and it takes about 20-30 minutes to walk into town. Diana who looks after the property is absolutely lovely and makes herself available to help you out with whatever you need. She was also really flexible with me and I ended up staying an extra 2 weeks! If you need to work, the wifi is super speedy - I was on video calls every day for most of the day with no hiccups. You can also head to the Surf 28 cafe and work from there as well. A complete set up for the nomadic traveller. The only thing missing was a washing machine but again, Diana can help you out with that or you can just handwash. Highly recommend this slice of heaven.

Eszter was a great and a helpful host. The apartment was modern, cosy, clean and well-equipped. I lived a month here, I was satisfied.
