Lukas is very helpfull and will assist with any questions you might have about the apartment, the neighborhood or how to get around the city. The apartment is very nicely decorated and fully functional, the building is quiet and it has an elevator. Neighborhood is also quiet and very close to the main railway station (5-7 minutes by car). There is a convenience store right in the corner and also a bus stop that will take you downtown in around 15-20 mins. Shopping mall is only two bus stops away so doing the grocieries or some shopping is not a problem. Overall the apartment is exactly as it is shown in the pictures and everything works perfect, internet is good and there are plenty of tv channels to chose from. Water pressure in the shower is really good and hot water runs perfectly.

This is the place with its charm, Jijkow style charm I would say. I love it, you are in the middle of the old Prague. Everything is very close, at the same time it's quiet most of the time. It's not hot in the summer. Daniel has made his best to make our life better, so if you need something you can just let him know.

Irena has been an EXCELLENT hostess and has really cared about us so that we are very comfortable during our stay in Prague, in addition to any problem that we had she solved correctly and quickly.

The flat was very cozy, with new and complete equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, oven...).

The neighbourhood was quiet with supermarkets nearby (Lidl and Billa), restaurants, pubs and a huge park ideal for sports or relaxation...

In addition, it was well connected to the centre with a bus stop just a few metres from the house.

Take care of yourself Irena and thank you for everything!

I stayed 1 month on this flat. The accomodation is well localizated, near markets, restaurants and public transport. The neighbourhood is quiet. The flat is bright, big and it´s perfect for 2 person. However, I had some problems. First, the landlord ask me to get the key of the apartment in a place far away from the flat. When I arrive at the apartment, there was a big water puddle on the middle of the kitchen. I sent a message to the landlord and he ignored me. The kitchen have just a old frying pan (so it´s not recommended for who cook). I also wrote to the landlord about a question with the stove and again I was ignored. So, it´s a good place but if you need some kind of help you know you won't have.

Abszolút meg vagyok elégedve a lakással.Kicsi de otthonosan van berendezve és jól felszerelt.1 embernek de egy párnak is tökéletesen elég,frekventált helyen van jó a tömegközlekedés bár a külföldi szomszédok esténként elég bagy ramaruzit csaptak de az is elviselhető.

The flat was amazing. It is brand new and in a great location - everything you need is nearby including public transportation.
The landlord is extremely communicative and helpful. You could hardly find a better person to rent from.
