The flat is very bright and actually feels like home. There is everything you need and can possibly imagine. Quiet neighborhood with a huge shopping mall in the area and just 300m away from metro and tram stations. Ideal for 2 people or a small family. We had a blast living there!

The studio is really cozy and clean with a spacious bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary items. Communication went smoothly. The nearest store 15 minutes away (walking), which might be a bit uncomfortable for those who do not have a car. However, the tram station is 1 minute away, making it easy to get to the center.

Naprosto bezproblémová velmi rychla domluva. Jan je velmi komunikativní a dochvílný majitel. Má úžasný, pěkně zařízený a útulný byt, kde najdete vše potřebné pro jakoukoliv délku pobytu. Také je skvěle, že k bytu patří parkovací místo, ale i dostupnost hromadnou dopravou je vynikající. Ubytovala jsem tam svoje rodiče a moc se jim to líbilo. Jasná volba pro další návštěvy!

Everything was perfect! Cosy modern decorated rooms, green area arount the hotel, secure garage. The staff at the reception was very helpful and friendly, only good words for them!

Central location, fully equipped and sunny flat. Streets are quite noisy, when widows are open. Communication with Lucie was always perfect. Thanks a lot. Anne

We are a family of 4 have enjoyed our 15 day stay in the little home with all the required facilities provided by Daniel. He is a English speaking energetic guy who understands the needs of the guests. His response time is very good and has been very friendly. The good old house construction and its quality nearby the Charles bridge made our days filled with some unexplainable happiness and fun. The easy access the public transport system is added the above.
We are very thankful to Daniel for providing us a memorable accommodation.

The flat and its location are great! You can reach every part of the city very quickly! Next to the house you can find all needed stores and supermarkets.
The flat is spacious and clean. All necessary things are already there.
Jiri is a very helpful person and answers very quickly to questions.

Byt jsme využívali jako náhradní bydlení v průběhu rekonstrukce našeho bytu. Komunikace s paní Matušekovou byla naprosto bez problémů, děkujeme za velkou vstřícnost :-) byt je v pořádku, vše bylo funkční. Byli jsme spokojeni :-)

Petr was nice and very helpful, reacting quickly whenever I had questions or requests. The flat is almost brand new and less than a 5 minutes walk to the tram that will take you directly to the city center
