Prostorný byt v samém jádru Prahy. Přímo naproti vchodu do domu se nachází kostel se světoznámým Pražským Jezulátkem. Nedaleko se lze projít na Petřín nebo na Kampu. Hned před domem je stanice tramvaje. Okna směřují do dvora, takže ruch z ulice není slyšet. Historický dům je ve velmi dobrém stavu.

We were happy with the flat. The flat matches the description. Everything worked well. The location of the flat is great for our needs - access to public transport and 15 mins to city centre, plenty of playgrounds for our children in vicinity, supermarkets in 5 mins of walk. The flat was very nice, just like on the pictures. The owner was very flexible and easy to communicate with. The wi-fi was a little slow sometimes but overall I was very satisfied with the apartment.

Byt je malý, ale útulný a velmi světlý. Nachází se v novostavbě, takže je vše nové a čisté. Komunikace s paní Janou byla naprosto bez problému.

The apartment is ok for the price, and overall we had a good experience. That being said, the appliances are getting a bit old (especially the heating, we moved in the winter and we had a hard time getting the room warm the first few days, but once it got warm it was all good).
As a big plus, the owners where very helpful whenever we needed them.

Apartments are good and in good condition. Almost everything was satisfiable, but the most disappointing was that landlord decided to terminate the lease 5 month earlier without a reason. I dont recommend renting it for a long term. It made very bad impression about the landlord.

Very good apartment, clean and bright.
The kitchen is furnished well furnished, as it is shown on the photo + all the necessary kitchen utensils.
The living room is a big room with numerus cupboards and even a TV. However be careful to update the description ; the sofa has been replaced by a second single bed.
The landlord is easily reachable, by email or by phone, and is very arranging for the check-in and check-out.
There are some shop around, included caffee shop, bakery, grocery... and the metro station is just across the street.
Very good location and very good stay.

The place is very comfortable and pretty big, it's very clean and well equipped.
The building is in a very good spot, near the old town and main public transportation lines.
The check in and check out are very convenient.
The only drawback is that it can be noisy as the appartment is on the main street.
I would really recommend it.
