As a start, I would give 1000%! I was extremely satisfied with the owner's awesome assistance during my stay in Budapest. Kati was very helpful, attentive and friendly. She constantly answered all my questions and was very professional. It was a wonderful experience because Kati extended all the help to create a superb stay for us. The whole renting process and my stay at Kati’s gorgeous home in the heart of Budapest was amazing! Her property is very smartly designed and extremely cosy. Each room is created in its own style and personality, its a little paradise own its own. The property is clean, neat and very well maintained. The accommodation location is super! Kati is a perfect host! I would love to return there in the future and I highly recommend Kati’s beautiful home in the stunning heart of Budapest!

My boyfriend and I spent 5 months on this beautiful apartment. Since we are foreign students, it was very important for us to find a fully furnished apartment. This one had everything, I mean really everything. Starting from decor, which is in calm and peaceful colors, very modern and new. We were able to cook every meal we wanted, beacuse we had all the pots and equipment needed. Kitchen also has a microwave and water heater, which was very helpful in quick meals. During the cold winter days, inside of the apartment was still very warm thanks to two heaters, which provided us with that warm home feeling. There are a lot of bed linens and towels, which was really great, because we had a previous experiences where there was only one bed linen or just a few towels, which of course, it is not sufficient. The TV has a lot of programs on it, anf it also has a HDMI output. Wifi was always very fast and we never had any problem with it. The neighbors were very nice and friendly with smile on their faces. Neighborhood is also very nice, clean and usually very quiet. Connection with the rest of Prague was easy since there are a bus and a tram stop just a few minutes of walking from apartment. There is a small shop in the building, but we usually went to supermarket Billa, which us 5 minutes away from apartment. Our landlord Barbora was super super nice. She welcomed us into her place with big smile, and was also very helpful with everything. Communication between us was fast she always replied within few minutes. Thank you Barbora once again! As a young couple living in a new city, this apartment was everything we could imagine; cosy and warm feeling, beautiful and new Ikea furniture, easy connection with surroundings! Sara

The flat was great! The space was very modern and it was clean when I arrived.

Andrej is a great landlord. In the beginning, there was a situation with the WiFi, not a very strong signal in the room. He quickly resolved and that was the only issue I had with the housing. The rest of the time were not issues. I only needed to buy a french press to prepare coffee (in the room there is a Dolce Gusto machine as well), the rest were already in the room.

Jiři is a landlord that cares about the confort and satisfaction of the tenant. He was keen to quickly solve any issue we had. The flat is very comfortable and conveniently located. The area is not the fanciest but you have everything you need within a 5 min walking distance. Overall I was very pleased with the flat and the landlord.

The apartment is located in a good area, 20 minutes walk from the city centre. You can find most of what you may need nearby (e.g. supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, dry cleaning, gym, etc.). The apartment itself is good, but there are some oddities in the design, like the lack of a wardrobe, for example. There is also no iron, cleaning stuff or a large mirror. Despite this, I believe that this is a good apartment to live for a couple of months.

Die Wohnung wurde angemietet für ein Auslandssemester. Die Wohnung wirkt auf den Fotos größer als in Natur. Sie liegt im Souterrain, das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer hat ein Fenster zum Garten. Im Vorflur im Souterrain/Keller stehen leider teilweise übel riechende Mülltonnen direkt in der Nähe der Wohnungstür. Eigene Klingel an der Haustür fehlt u. wohl auch eigener Briefkasten. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr ordentlich und sauber, nett eingerichtet. Die Lage der Wohnung ist fußläufig zur Innenstadt und ziemlich unschlagbar. Gegenüber ist eine Bäckerei. Jan war als Vermieter immer sehr hilfsbereit und aufgeschlossen. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung -ebenso wie der Vermieter- sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank aus Deutschland, Jan! Thank you very much, Jan! We rented this apartment for more than a month. The apartment is located just very good, just five minutes walk from the Flora metro station. The Flora itself is a mall where you can find everything you need for life, from food to kitchen equipment, clothes, mobile phones, and cleaning services. As well, on the first floor located a big Albert supermarket, opened every day from morning till noon. Petr and Eva are fantastic landlords. They helped us with every question we had. They are very nice and friendly persons and response if you have a question. I highly recommend this place. Location is very good, the apartment is in perfect condition just after renovation, Petr and Eve are very nice. What else do you need?

The room is clean and nice, but I don't think that it could be called flat or studio, because it is a room with the thin glass door covered with paper. Also there is a construction works under the window wich is starts at 7 am every day, so if you are like me and like to go to sleep at 3-4 am (I am a freelancer and work at night) It will be incredibly hard for you to sleep normally even with the earplugs. Asided of this the room is fine and the neighborhood is great. The room owners are fine and friendly.

This wasn't just "a good experience": this is the rare kind of place that finds you when it has to. The flat is incredibly cozy, and at the same time, very spacious; it's fully equipped with everything from frying pans and salad bowls to an electric kitchen and oven, a washing machine and several different floor lamps. The wifi connection is really good -which, considering how heavily I rely on the access to a good internet connection, is no minor detail. The nearest tram stop (Náměstí Bratří Synků) is merely half a block away, and about one more block from that one there's also the Otakarova tram stop: therefore, even if the place might just a bit further away from the city center than I was used to, the accessibility is excellent, regardless of the time of day. Again, it's the kind of place where you can very quickly feel at home. By the way, Jiři, the landlord, has everything to do with this: I recognize that a very big part of picking this particular flat had to do with the feeling I had after we spoke for the first time. Overall, it was a joyful, incredibly rewarding experience.

The landlords, Andreas and Peter, were awesome. They responded to my emails and texts as well as addressed my concerns/needs immediately. The kitchen of the apartment is stocked with everything you need during your stay. There were essentials left for when I arrived such as coffee pods, dishwasher, dish and laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper. The apartment is located so close to Mariahilf, the main street, which was convenient for shopping, restaurants and taking public transportation, and also nice because I enjoyed taking daily afternoon and evening strolls. Highly recommend!

I spent 5 months with my girlfriend and a cat, and it was really confortable. The flat is as you can see on the pictures of this website.

The apartment is very nice , and I in total like the 30 days I stayed there. But the owner or his staff are very slow to act on any request. The WiFi doesn’t work and it took acoupme days before they asked me to use the next door apartment’s WiFi. There was no television and after some days of asking for it they came with one. Just didn’t help as I couldn’t find any television plug in the apartment. I asked for help but they never came back.
