Great appartement, great neighbourhood, close to the tram and grocery store, the owner was nice and reactive.

Was a perfect location and perfect stay. Sometimes the internet was not working but it was the operator fault. The one and only thing that was not that good was the shower pressure, but overall for a long stay I would definitely recommend

I lived in this wonderful apartment as a student for 5 months. Everything was fine, the owner always responded quickly and offered help if needed. The apartment is spacious, very bright, there is a grate on the window to the courtyard, there is all the cleaning equipment and everything you need, even including a thread and needle. Also there is a really nice view from the window, with good sound insulation though. I was happy with the time I spent in this apartment!

We stayed in the apartment for five months and everything worked perfectly throughout our stay. We were very satisfied with the place. The host was truly kind, helpful, and always easy to reach. 10/10 recommend

Mariposa is a kind not to mention generous individual and an excellent landlord. Every request or question we had was responded to promptly and any issues were dealt with immediately.

Výhodou je centrum po ruce, ale apartmán celkově není tichý a klidný.

Celkovo by som ohodnotila tuto skúsenosť ako 10/10, všetko bolo super a so všetkým som bola spokojná. Komunikácia s pani prenajímateľkou bola úplne super, milá, ústretová a bez akýchkoľvek problémov. Poloha bytu je za mňa top, v okolí je všetko, čo človek potrebuje, či už obchody, kaviarne alebo možnosti na prechádzky. Veľké plus je aj MHD, spojenia sú tam fakt dobré a človek sa dostane kamkoľvek veľmi rýchlo, či už do centra alebo hocikam inam po meste. Všetko potrebné sa v byte nachádzalo, nič mi nechýbalo. Za mňa naozaj skvelé bývanie a môžem len odporučiť. A ešte raz ďakujeme pani prenajímateľke ❤️

Great stay!

Super lokalita, byt příjemný, pro dva prostorný. Jediná nevýhoda, že jsou slyšet tramvaje.

The house is in excellent condition, very new, and located extremely close to the beach. The landlord is particularly patient and kind, and has provided me with a great deal of help. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you very much.

We had a great stay! The apartment has more than enough amenities you need to work, relax and live. The check in went easy and Samuel offered adequate help when needed, always replying within minutes. The apartment is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood, including multiple supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. We were lucky to find this gem and hope to come back sometime in the future!

Die Wohnung war in Ordnung, die Gegend ist leider nicht schön. Die Miete war auch viel zu hoch für die Gegend. Sonst war alles ok.

Dobre vybavený apartmán neďaleko autobusovej stanice a plážovej promenády. Komunikácia s majiteľom dobrá, prompntné riešenie požiadaviek.

Sofia is always amazing! Not just as a property owner and business owner. She is just a really awesome human being! I am ever so grateful for having met her! I can’t wait to stay at her place again!

The apartment is lovely! I felt very comfortable. I would book it again and can recommend it 100%.

The flat is okay, but the owner not so much. He is rude, aggressive and manipulative. I live with him, he himself is not hygienic (he leaves moldy plate and other disgusting stuffs in the sink, he leaves the toilet dirty), yet he judges and inspects my cleaning with hotel standard. While I was there, I clean the shower filter more than him. He always promised to make the central heating in my room work, but never delivered, so I was stuck with a small oil heater which I have to plug in every now and then to not feel cold. I couldn't sleep with it on, since it's not the central heater, and it's not automatic, so it's always off when I sleep, and every time I woke up it'll always be cold. He demands money from me for all the household items, I understand that we need to buy some necessities like toilet paper etc, but I could've just buy them on my own, without him asking 2600 CZK for it. Before I leave, he ask me to clean the whole house, which I did by myself, without any help from him. When he woke up, he start inspecting and getting mad about a spot that is still dirty. When I argue with him, he threatened me, and still demanded me to clean some more. So I decided to leave early. This guy shouldn't be a host at all. Look at the other reviews on him as well, they have the same tone as mine, and it's not a coincidence.

Great experience. The apartment has everything you need and is very cozy and spacious. Lukas was always attentive from the moment I arrived in Prague until my departure, and he helped me whenever I needed it on several occasions. The location is great since it’s in a nice neighborhood, and it’s also very easy to get to the city center in a short time. Highly recommended, no complaints.
