The apartment is suitable for a medium-length stay. It is well-connected to public transportation and is not far near a nice shopping mall.
Be prepared to communicate with the agent who runs this business on behalf of the owner and who is ready to suspect you of stealing cheap stuff before even trying to find it after your check-out.

I had an excellent experience with Catia and Rui. The host was incredibly kind and attentive to any issue that came up during my stay. They responded very quickly to all my questions and made sure everything was in order. The customer service was exceptional, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The flat is in a really lovely street with beautiful buildings. The apartment is very spacious, decorated with love and great taste, and felt very homely. it is the landlady's home during the summer and it feels like a home rather than a rental flat. it has a really good energy, beautiful high ceilings and a lot of original period features such as the wooden shutters which make the rooms nice and dark at night. The bathroom is so luxurious with the choice of large tub or shower. It feels like a very tasteful hotel bathroom. Esther is a lovely person and I was lucky to meet her before she left. Both her and her Dad were very helpful with everything.

Really lovely place in the middle of Budapest!

The owners are amazing! Very friendly and open in communication. They are also super helpful if there is any questions during your stay!

The apartment had everything needed for a long term stay. Very well equipped and cozy.

Very nice apartment in an amazing location.
Only downsides are lack of a dishwasher, washingmachine and parking. That being said i'd still live there again!

The accommodation I stayed at was in a highly convenient location, very close to the bridge leading to Margaret Island. It was a transportation hub, with easy access to the train station, subway, buses, and trams. Several supermarkets were nearby, including Korean and Asian markets, making it extremely convenient for everyday living. I enjoyed evening walks along the Danube River, taking in the beautiful scenery, and there were plenty of delicious restaurants in the area to explore.
The house came equipped with a washing machine and dryer provided by the host, which made my stay very convenient. The home was clean and comfortable, with well-prepared bedding and towels, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience.
Claire was extremely helpful and flexible during our staying. Warmly recommended.

The view of the appartment is Amazing, Luis was very available for me, give me some ideas of visits in the Island, very nice, you are in the mountains with lots of animals, plants....
I had a peacefull, relaxing and chilling trip in this house.

Apartment is very cozy and fully equipped for comfort living. Location is comfortable - market in 1 minute, no traffic near windows.
Darija and Zeljko provide full support for me as tenant and were very helpful and kind.

Located within 3 minutes to a market and metro station. Larger grocery stores and Bolhao Market within 10 minute walk. Clean accommodations with a well equipped kitchen, Wifi, washer and many TV channels. Joao was quick to respond with any of our questions. A fantastic stay, and we would stay again!!

I had a very comfortable stay at Cátia’s house. The apartment is clean, with a well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and a balcony with nice views. Cátia was fast to respond with any questions and issues arising (which were few). The place is a short walk from shops and restaurants in Campo de Ourique and it's not far to walk down to the river.

Note that the apartment is right under the flight path. It wasn't an issue for me but something to consider if you're sensitive to noise levels.

Appartement très très bien agencé, très agréable l'été car bien ombragé (il n'est presque pas nécessaire de mettre la clim), petite terrasse bien agréable donnant sur un coin de verdure !! Propriétaire très dispo en cas de besoin.
Prévoir de prendre la place de garage car toutes les rues autour sont en stationnement payant et les contrôles fréquents !! Je suis restée plusieurs mois et j'y reviendrai avec plaisir
