Excellent place, near everything, with a great landlord

Byt byl hezký, prostorný a pohodlný. Byl vybavený základními kuchyňskými potřebami a prádlem. Všechny spotřebiče byly funkční a pokud se vyskytla nějaká menší závada (nefunkční světlo apod.), tato byla promptně odstraněna. Ocenili jsme rovněž, že byt je dobře prosvětlen a je z něho hezký výhled do korun stromů v sousedním parku. Jedinou nevýhodou je, že během tropických dnů se, vzhledem k jeho umístění v horním patře, přehřívá. Toto je ovšem možno částečně kompenzovat umístěním odrazových fólií na šikmou komponentu oken. S majitelkou byla velmi dobrá komunikace. Zvláště oceňuji, že umožnila, kromě osob nahlášených od začátku jako bydlící, rovněž krátkodobé ubytování (několik dní) jedné další osoby. Velmi jsme rovněž ocenili výbornou komunikaci a spolupráci s osobami blízkými majitelce, které byly pověřeny řešit jakékoliv problémy s bytem, v době, kdy majitelka nemohla být osobně přítomna.

Very nice apartment for short and long term rentals.

This was our second multi month stay at Pavel's apartment. Please read my spring review. Construction on the apartments across the street is nearly finished making for a nice quiet stay in this residential area that is close to two tram stations and the 133 bus. The apartment was immaculately cleaned and we had another wonderful visit. We tried to eat at all the local Czech restaurants and found the food and service was great and you will notice the prices are much more reasonable in this area vs in the center tourist zone. We have visited Prague for over 20 years and highly recommend Pavel's apartment and this Zizkov area.

The flat is in a very good location and though an old one, is well maintained and very roomy and comfortable. It has all the amenities for 3 people to stay. The bed room is a large one dotted with some lovely paintings. The kitchen is well supported with all amenities to cook for a small family. The owner Irena is very responsive, understanding and helpful and when we faced some issues, she was timely in her help and resolved it promptly. Would certainly recomment this flat for a wonderful stay in Prague.

The apartment is fantastic. You can see the ocean from everywhere in the main room, there's tons of light, and it's really, really well equipped. Tiago was helpful and responded super fast. I highly recommend it and will be back.

The appartment has anything you might need (iron, hair dryer, towels, vacuum cleaner etc.) and communication was amazing. Got a response within minutes and they were very helpfull. Would recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay in Budapest at the apartment of Agnes & András. The location is perfect, close to all amenities, and right next to the Danube. The apartment itself is just as described, or perhaps even better. The internet is fast and perfectly suited for working. Due to the high ceilings, it feels more spacious than the small size would have you suspect. Next to that, the apartment is located at the back of the building, which means it's generally very quiet. The only (small) downsides are that due to the location at the back of the building, you don't get much sunlight, and if you are tall there might be some minor inconveniences (low ceiling in the sleeping area, low hanging bathroom mirror, and low hanging shower). Agnes & András were fantastic hosts, lending me a bike, arranging a new washing machine when the old one broke, and they were always available whenever I had questions. Thanks a lot for making my stay even better! I would definitely book this apartment again whenever I would decide to come back to Budapest in the future.

The apartment is well located and well furnished. The street is very safe and quiet. I stayed there for 2 months and Berti, the owner, was very mindful and always available for me. I recommend this apartment !! Thank you Berti 😊

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Ponta. José is an amazing landlord who really took great care of us. The apartment is modern and equipped with everything you need and is very spacious. It is located by the ocean with great access to the city centre (20 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus). The bus stop is right across the street. My favorite part of our stay was relaxing in the comfortable chairs on the balcony and listening to the sound of the ocean. I would definitely recommend visiting São Miguel and staying at José’s apartment. If I go to Ponta Delgada again, I will gladly stay at José's apartment again.

I absolutely adored this accommodation; a fabulous, 2 bedroom flat/apartment shared with one other long-term tenant. I am pleased to share my feedback for future tenants, as follows: Pros: - Great location, with 2 supermarkets within a 7 minute walk away, plus coffee shop and bars - Residential environment - ATM machines in both local supermarkets - Beautiful, spacious apartment - Well equipped kitchen with basic essentials and lots of storage space - Ample fridge and freezer space - Very large room with wardrobe space, chairs and dedicated desk separate from sleeping area - Private balcony with table and chairs - Clothes airers provided - Excellent wifi connectivity Cons: - Closest train station 18 minute walk away Overall, a wonderful place to stay - I would definitely stay again.

The apartment was lovely and had all the essential appliances. Its ideal location allowed for easy exploration of Prague. The owner was readily available for any questions I had.

David was always very friendly and attentive during my stay in Budapest. Especially in the early days. He is a good host and cares about the well-being of his tenants. The house is well equipped and modern, but as it is located in an old building you can hear the neighbors a little, which is normal. For longer stays, I would advise the house to have a vacuum cleaner so the tenant can clean the house from time to time. If you are looking for a place to stay, David's house is a good option. It is about 20 minutes walk from the center in a very quiet area LANDLORD'S REPLY: 1. The apartment is totaly located in heart of Budapest so what tenant says thats 20-30 min from centre is simple unfair fact. Next to Szent Istvan korut and Westend 5-13 th district is centre of Historical Budapest 2. Old house - Thats a prestigious neighourhood, the building is monumental, beautiful statues as you can see on fotos 3. The building is quiet because expatriots and old retirement persons live there 4. Tenant ruined the curtain she pulled it down and I need to ask handyman and I covered it and i did not charge her. 5. I dropped her to airport at 3 am, for free.

Joana and Peter are lovely hosts and their apartment in Graça is amazing! Everything is clean and well looked after and the view from their top-floor terrace has got to be one of the best in Lisbon. Graça is a nice neighbourhood, close to all the main sights but still with a local feel. It has some great dining options and just down the road Joana and Peter run one of the best cocktail bars in Lisbon, the perfect place to spend an evening. Returning to Lisbon I would stay no where else.

A lovely newly renovated apartment a short walking distance from the beach. There is adequate space in the apartment especially in the living rooms d the balcony is a good size. Dealing with the landlord was excellent, very professional and flexible.

I was very satisfied with the apartment and the overall experience. The owner was on hand when needed to answer any questions and clearly explained how everything worked on arrival, as access to the building and apartment is via card entry. It's very much a hotel room with kitchen facilities. Everything is clean and modern and the weekly housekeeping is a great touch. Highly recommend the apartment.

Luisa’s apartment is everything you need in a vacation home located in the loveliest part of Funchal. Only thing we could have asked for was better pots and pans in the kitchen, but that is because we love making food. I’m sure this is enough for most people. Luisa was very easy to get in contact with and always helpful. Would definitely go back!

Incredible energy was emanate from this home as I can’t call it just rental apartment. Lovely vibe of the islands, so green, so peaceful. We wish we could stay there way longer as just sitting on a coach there was magical and crating date nights thank to fully equipped kitchen. Cooperation with Anna was smooth and she cared a lot. One of the best stay in the whole life
