Eduardo is a fantastic landlord - thoughtful, quick to respond, and so kind. We had a wonderful time in São Martinho do Porto, and Eduardo's apartment was the perfect place for us to live, work and play. You will be in excellent hands with Eduardo as your landlord - from the warm welcome to the open communication throughout, you will feel right at home.

Overall very satisfied with apartment and owner. The apartment is bright, clean and comfortable. It has amazing view to the river and located in comfortable area close to supermarkets, restaurants, big park and more. We had a little issue with sink leakage that was fixed very quickly by the owner. I recommend )

Everything was fantastic! Great apartment. Really good location, right in the beach. The owner is a very generous, gracious, helpful person. Great experience overall. The apartment is a nice size and has the potential of being a very comfortable tourist accommodation. A few things still need a finishing touch, but this apartment is more than livable. It’s enjoyable.

I spent almost 2 months in the apartment and I can say that the apartment is well equipped with all the necessary tools and furniture for medium- and long-term living. Perhaps the only thing that was missing was a coffee maker and an AC, but both are quite specific and absolutely do not spoil the impression. I really like how the building with the apartment is located - not far from the city center (only about 25 minutes on foot to the Charles Bridge), but in a relatively quiet area. Public transport in this area should also be good, but I didn't use it because I prefer to walk, however, the tram stop and metro are only 2-3 minutes away. The entrance door to the apartment is located in the common hall with the neighboring apartment. All the noises from the corridor are very clearly audible in the flat. But that's not a problem - I think it depends on the personality of the neighboring tenant, it was pretty quiet during my stay here. Since the building is located next to the street where the tram runs, this can be a problem for those who are not used to such noise. I am used to it, so the noise even put me to sleep. During my stay, I didn't have any problems with hot water in the shower, so there's no problem with that either. Andrea is a very responsive person and quickly answers any questions. In addition, she was very helpful and it was very easy to arrange check-in and check-out times with her. In general, I really like this apartment and the area, and I can recommend it to anyone who wants to spend their time in Prague in a comfortable apartment not right in the city center, but very close to it. If there is an opportunity, I will use it during my next visits to Prague.

Eduardo was an extremely accommodating host. Braga is a wonderful city, and we enjoyed our time there. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Sarka is an incredible host who ensured our comfortability at all times. The house was more than well equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more! The small touches and easy communication made staying at Sarkas place one that we will always remember. The apartment is in a great position. Only 20 mins to the old town and got us away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. The apartment overlooks greenery and has a calming feel. I wish I could stay for longer

A comfortable apartment located in the core of Budapest, good for tourism and for work travel.

Michaela was a great landlord with excellent communication. Michaela answered my endless questions prior to lease signing and after, she met us at the apartment and showed us around before handing over the keys. The apartment was clean, comfortable and in a great location for public transport and shopping directly across the street. We were visiting Prague last minute due to my son’s serious illness and surgery and Michaela provided comfort and compassion for our situation checking in with me often. I highly recommend Michaela’s apartment.

Paulo is a very hospitable host. He introduced us to the best places in the area and gave us tips about Lisbon. The flat is equipped with everything we needed. We are a family with a child and the flat was perfect to stay in.

Mieszkanie, które wynająłem w Sao Vicente, to była idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy z własnym transportem. Mieszkanie było położone w spokojnej okolicy, z przepięknym widokiem. Do centrum Sao Vicente było 5min skuterem. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i schludne. Wszystko działało bez zarzutu, a wyposażenie było w pełni zadowalające. W kuchni znajdowała się lodówka, kuchenka, piekarnik, mikrofalówka, czajnik elektryczny, ekspres kapsułkowy i niezbędne naczynia. Salon i sypialnia w pełni wyposażone (w tym w otwartą szafę, więc nie było problemu z przechowywaniem rzeczy). Metraż mieszkania na dwie osoby w zupełności wystarczający. Do tego taras wyposażony w mały solik, krzesła i parasol. Do użytku mieliśmy również pralkę, która znajduje się w pomieszczeniu ogólnodostępnym. Kontakt z gospodarzem po angielsku poprzez WhatsAppa, zawsze błyskawicznie odpisywał i można było podpytać o wydarzenia które odbywały się w okolicy. My spędziliśmy tutaj 20dni i postaramy się jeszcze wrócić. Polecam każdemu kto kocha naturę i poszukuje cichego miejsca wypadowego.
