Very nice, well-situated property, close to city centre, public transport, and amenities. The eco tax was not included in the listing price, which was a bit misleading price-wise, but otherwise really recommend this place and host.

Florenc went above and beyond for us. He really helped us settle in when we moved to Albania and has been a fantastic support as we’ve been adapting to our new lives here. The house is beautiful and it was a joy to live there.

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for over a month and had a nice, comfortable stay. The location was convenient and close to everything we would want to see and do. The apartment was well equipped and had everything we would need. The hosts were quick to respond and help address any concerns. We would stay here again!

Dolma was very nice, communication was easy and we had no problems during our stay! It's a spacious apartment in the heart of downtown and the air conditioning was a godsend during a heat wave.

Jessica is a fantastic host and very attentive with great communication throughout our stay. The apartment is in an amazing location just 5 mins walk from the centre of funchal! Very clean and tidy with great amenities, we loved spending time on the balcony where you could see the sea and the mountains! Overall fantastic stay, would definitely come back :)
