Very comfortable apartment perfect for one or 2 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable furniture that is also stylish. It is close to the Forum, the Sea Organ, and a lovely fresh market for the freshest produce, fish, eggs, meats. Toni was always responsive, and super accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

We spent a month in Estela's place and it was one of the most beautiful apartments we've stayed in. It's really spacious and bright and has the most comfortable bed you can wish for. The kitchen has all the equipment you need for cooking. it was really comfortable to work remotely from there for both of us, the internet was good and there is one dedicated desk and one large kitchen table.

The most difficult thing in this apartment is choosing the best spot to read your book. From the comfy chair in the bedroom or large couch in the living room to one of the huge windows.

The location was perfect close enough to everything but still very quiet. There were a few concerts happening next door during our stay but they weren't very loud and always ended around 10 PM.

We would totally come back!

Przestronne, bardzo przyjemne mieszkanie. Mieszkałam tam przez prawie 6 miesięcy i do niewielu rzeczy mogę się przyczepić:
Plusy:
- mieszkanie jest przestronne i wygodne;
- wygodne łóżka, wystarczająco duże łazienki;
- można zamówić cotygodniowe sprzątanie, co dla mnie było bardzo ważne, bo mieszkałam sama z małym dzieckiem;
- co tydzień wymieniana pościel i ręczniki;
- na dole była piekarnia z pysznymi bułeczkami i bar ze smaczym jedzeniem;
- opiekunka mieszkania i panie sprzątające były bardzo miłe;
- autobus do centrum pod samym blokiem.

Minusy:
- niewiele porządnych sprzętów kuchennych (musiałam kupić nową patelnię i noże, bo te zastane nie nadawały się do użytku);
- przez 6 miesięcy zamówionego sprzątania nigdy nie zostały umyte kratki wentylacyjne, które zarastały pleśnią (panuje tam duża wilgoć);
- w mieszkaniu poniżej właściciel trzyma na tarasie dwa duże psy. Spędzają one na tym tarasie cały czas (nigdy nie wychodzą na spacer), często wyją i biegają w kółko. Nie jest to przyjemny widok dla osób, które lubią zwierzęta.

Ricardo is extremely attentive and responsive, we truly appreciated his quick support for some minor fixes we needed in the beginning of our stay. The apartment is spacious and well equipped, we missed very small items like hangers for towels in the bathroom or an umbrella, but these really are minorities if you consider how nice the surroundings and resort itself are! :)

Alvaro was very helpful and communicative. He offered good food recommendations, was typically very responsive, and helped set up a Flamenco reservation for me (making sure that I got a vegan meal when the menu only offered meals based on meat and seafood).

The property was nice and comfortable. It was a good location to be away from all the super dense tourist areas and in a more local environment, but within reasonable walking distance to these tourist locations. I actually preferred this because while walking to the tourist locations I became more familiar with the city in general.

Some things that could be improved on the property include that the dishwasher wasn't working while I stayed there. Construction in a neighboring apartment started a few days into my stay there which disturbed the peaceful environment and made sleeping in an issue. Lastly, the primary/main bedroom had a slightly weird smell. But, it was pretty good overall.

We had a very comfortable stay. It's a calm place and there is a nice garden to relax outside.

The place has everything you need for a longer stay with good amenities. We went to the beach, the supermarkets, and explored Cascais even by foot.

Tomás is a responsive and really nice host. He was there for us for any info! Thank you :)

Our stay was great. We had everything we needed and more. The flat is really comfortable and has an amazing view on the ocean. The owner is lovely and responsive. Easy check-in or check-out, large free parking across the street and a selection of good restaurants nearby.

There were even some extra items available in the apartment that were not listed in the description (such as towels, bed linen, mop, drying rack, toaster, water boiler, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner etc.). There's an elevator, but it's not accessible on a wheelchair, as you still need to climb a few stairs to reach it.

Overall we couldn't be happier with this rental! We highly recommend this place.

The apartment is very close to public transport, grocery, supermarkets, park, and promenade. The flat is equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay.
Luisa is a great host. She is very friendly, hospitality, and helpful. We extended our stay for one more month.

Ana of the owners office was always quick to respond. When I discovered the microwave was not working she immediately sent someone to replace it. The location is nice and close to many interesting places. And the sound insulation was very good although close to an avenue. When I closed the windows the outside traffic was not intrusive, and I never heard my neighbors. The Wi-Fi was always strong and allowed me to get my work done.

This is a really lovely house in a calm area close to a big forest. It takes a little time to get to the city center, but with public transport it's easy. The owner is friendly and easy to get in touch with.

Velmi pěkný byt s veškerým vybavením. Hluk z ulice nebo stadionu není problém, pokud člověk otevře okna, tak sice tramvaje slyší, ale nic hrozného. Dva týdny spaní na rozloženém gauči mi vlastně nevadily. Jinak je vše fajn, příjemně teplo, rychlý internet, tiší sousedé.

A krásný dáreček na přivítanou, který po dlouhé cestě do Prahy doslova zachránil. Díky moc!
