The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean and well-maintained. Luisa was lovely and very friendly, and attentive to ensuring we had the best stay possible. 10/10 would stay again, and plan to in the future!

Julian is an excellent host - kind, helpful and friendly. All procedures, troubleshooting and communication were excellent. The area is really strategic, as already mentioned by other guests. The house is very nice, I think more comfortable for one person rather than two. I pointed out to Julian he should consider buying a proper wardrobe and that the bedroom could be better set up but that is my personal opinion; my partner and I (and our cat) felt at home and were very satisfied. Flatio itself...well, I'll never use it again. The service rate is just too high for the service. The app is unuseful, it's been very difficult to receive a prompt reply from customer service and it's just working in few cities, offering overpriced solution most of the times.

Ilva is lovely—she came to meet me at the door despite my irregular arrival hours and made sure I had everything I needed. A great experience! The house is 1 block from the beach and has all the modern amenities you could want.

If you're looking for a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, this apartment is the perfect choice. The apartment is in good condition with all the necessary amenities, including regular cleaning every 15 days. Although there was a minor blockage issue, it was promptly resolved by the landlord's worker, and the apartment was clean and redecorated. The landlord was accommodating and understanding when I had difficulty making a payment on time. The area is safe and has everything you need within reach. The landlord was sociable and always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and safe place to live.

Sonia was a lovely host she went above and beyound to make sure I was comfortable. She helped with a charger when I didnt have one she lelped with booking my bus ride and just helping to navigate the city. It was an absolute pleasure staying there. The place is clean and welcoming. I will definitely stay there àgain.

Spacious apartment at a great location off the tourist trail, close to transport, restaurants. shops, supermarkets, banks, post office, gym, parks etc. Landlord very helpful. Good choice for remote workers or those with a business in Lisbon. Beware: Winter months are getting quite cold in there. Noise from the street can reach annoying levels at times.

Very comfortable, well equipped apartment with a great view. Close to all kinds of public transportation. The metro station is less than 1 minute away. Close to two big supermarkets (billa and lidl). Less than 20 minutes from the center of Prague. The owners are great people. I deffinately recommend this place!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this charming apartment, and I must say, it boasts a fantastic location that's perfect for exploring the city. The apartment itself is quite cozy and has a lovely atmosphere that makes you feel at home the moment you step in. For remote workers, you'll be delighted to know that the internet connection is exceptionally strong and reliable, ensuring you can stay productive during your stay. The apartment is very well-equipped with all the amenities you could ask for, including a well stocked kitchen that has a lot of what you would need to whip up your favorite meals. This level of attention to detail is impressive and makes it feel like a home away from home. However, there are some drawbacks to this otherwise lovely apartment. The most significant issue is the noise. The apartment is situated in a bustling part of town, and the noise from the streets, neighbors, and nearby establishments can make it quite challenging to get a good night's sleep. If you're a light sleeper or someone who values peace and quiet, this might not be the ideal place for you. Another downside is the bed. The mattress itself is uncomfortable and seems to be on the smaller side, making it especially tough for taller people to get a good night's rest. I'd recommend the host consider upgrading to a more comfortable and larger bed to cater to a broader range of guests. In conclusion, this apartment has many great features, such as its fantastic location, cozy ambiance, and well-equipped amenities. However, the noise levels and uncomfortable bed might be a deal-breaker for some. I would recommend this place to those who can tolerate a bit of noise and are not too particular about their sleeping arrangements.

The apartment is beautiful, everything that one needs for a self catering experience; it was clean and well stocked to cook “at home”. The location was in the Centro velho, close to everything. For us, a little too close to the bars that are noisy every weekend. Susana was wonderful, really helpful whenever we needed to ask anything. It was such a pleasant surprise that cleaning was done once a week. Thank you for a wonderful month in Funchal. We enjoyed our stay.

Martin and his wife are really nice and polite people. In case of any requests they reacted immediately. Very pleasant experience of staying in their flat.

I could not have asked for a better house, nor better people to stay with for my first month in Lisbon. They are welcoming, respectful, helpful, and never once have I felt out of place. The room was clean, sunny, and it felt very much like a home. I cannot recommend this house enough, I have felt incredibly fortunate to stay with them, and I hope you recognize that too <3

Out of the central area but close town center. Quiet and neighborly. Dogs barking close by. Great place for country walks.
