Superb location and very comfortable. Kitchen was a bit limited but only a problem if you were going to stay for long periods and do a lot of self catering.

Me and my friend stayed in this apartment for about 4 months and we were really happy with it. It really felt like a home and the host was always super helpful and sweet. The location is also very convenient. We would really recommend this!

Ágota is a great host, very friendly, helpful and patient. The flat is the calm area away from noise at night, close to parks and castles. There are few nice bakeries and restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay at this flat again. Strong WiFi. Everything was excellent.

The stay itself was pleasant. Cátia is the most pleasant host I've met, she contacted me in advance and was ready to help at any step of the way. The apartment comes with nuances that not necessarily need fixing, it's just something that should be taken into consideration before booking. It's pretty dim inside , though the front and the only window panel is huge, it doesn't give the apartment any light and lacks privacy in some way. The biggest issue was with bathroom dwellers, occasional bugs and especially ants. Ants were everywhere at some point and it was difficult to get rid of them, even though the apartment had a insect repellent installed. Probably that has to do with the ground floor location and the damp season. Despite some minor flaws, I really liked the flow of the apartment. The way it's pretty convertible for working, resting or hosting board games nights or dinners for a group of 4. The location is not central, but it has nice public transport access and is in walkable distance to the ocean. There are corner shops, cafes and a shopping center nearby. All in all it was quite serene.

The apartment was large, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. It’s located close enough to visit the beach often, walk to restaurants, and a 10 minute drive from some great hikes. If I had friends or family visiting Calheta I would certainly recommend this apartment and I would love to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The entire apartment itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and all the amenities and public transport are within a really short walking distance. What truly made this experience exceptional was the host: Elvan is a lovely and really welcoming person. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and at home; throughout my stay, we had the opportunity to spend time together, sharing conversations, cooking meals, and enjoying many pleasant moments. I absolutely recommend staying at her place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

I had an amazing 9 months in this apartment. I had never been to Hungary and did not know any Hungarian but this was not an issue at all. It was stocked with everything I could ever have needed. Cleaning supplies, charging block, and a good amount of cooking supplies for such a compact kitchen. Above all I was impressed with the hosts. They were kind and supportive throughout. When the Internet was having issues they stayed on company until it was fixed. Any issues I had were immediately resolved, including when the elevator broke the night before I moved out. I was incredibly impressed and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It is the perfect apartment for a solo traveler looking for a long term stay or a couple for a few weeks.

Apartment was nice and honestly was surprised how nice it looked inside compared to the pictures. Living room really has charm. Of course it's an old building and everything is a bit old but that has to be expected.
