Lenka was so communicative (despite the language barrier) and kind and the home was perfect! Such a convenient location, a safe a friendly building, too. The apartment is well-appointed and though small, has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I actually cried a little when I left, after 3 months it felt like home. Special kudos for Lenka for pricing the flat reasonably when others were price gouging. This stay enabled us to achieve a dream of emigrating with our pets, and for that we are eternally grateful. Thanks Lenka!

The flat is situated perfectly - it lays in the heart of the city. The owner and people at Restaurant Max are very helpful and simply awesome. If you need help or assistance, you can surely count on it.

The internet connection is suitable for remote work, easily handles VPN, even on multiple computers.

There are all appliances needed for a longer stay. We liked the flat very much and highly recommend it!

The apartment was great. The takerer of the apartment is a company named PragueDays. They prefer go chat on emails and not on FLATIO messages as agreed in contract. Overall, they provided reasonable answers. We had to go to their office on our arrival day instead of going to the apartment. In addition, we were given 1 key from prague days, but because we are a couple we wanted 1 more key, so we had to pay for it. Apperantley in the apartment there was a spare key waiting for us we were not told about, so we paid for nothing...

Joana is a great hostess and has always been able to help me with my questions as a "Lisbon beginner". Needs and questions on my part were answered by Joana with the necessary tact. The apartment is as described in the advertisement was encountered by me and my room was very nicely furnished and very clean. The apartment is very bright, which I liked very much. The aircraft noise has disturbed me with time something, because the airport is located nearby. All in all a good apartment with everything I needed.

It's pretty and large flat in the center of village. Supermarket, bars and restaurants are close, and this is really important on Madeira, because you don't have to go far on very steep slopes)
If you want to movie on island you should rent a car or go by taxi, bus rarely go there and the stop is far away.
I had only one problem while I was living there, but for me it was so significant that I moved out ahead of schedule. A drug dealer works not far from the house, and drug addict guys are constantly hanging around. For two weeks I have not encountered any problems from them, except for the constant noise. But my experience of living in similar areas in other countries, prompted me to leave there. So think about how loyal you are to such an environment, otherwise everything was fine.

The apartment is located in a perfect location - the middle of the business district (I call it little Manhattan).
Metro is very close. Starbucks is 50 meters away :)

Flat good for short stays. You will find groceries and public transport stops just 1 min away from apt.

This is the 3rd Flatio property I have used in Prague. This is by far and away the cleanest. The listing said that towels and bedding are not included but I found they were. The apartment is very large. All amenities work perfectly. I didn't want for anything. One small criticism would be that the light in the shared kitchen/entrance hall would only stay on for a few seconds making doing laundry a tiny bit irritating. I would imagine it would be more irritating if you had to cook there. The building is very warm so the AC was appreciated. No other faults, at all. The landlord and their team were super helpful, super friendly and communicated quickly when I left something in the room. Overall, this was pretty much perfect. Oh and the location if you're a tourist is great too.

The apartment is in a great area near Paris, close to metro stations and bus lines. Lots of restaurants, cafés and shopping nearby, and close to several grocery stores. While small, it had what we needed for our stay. It wasn't as clean as we would have liked, and the plug for sink in the bathroom was stuck in a closed position and unusable; we did notify the landlord immediately, but it was not fixed during our visit.
