The apartment is located centrally, and this makes life much easier with regard to transport. All major sights, supermarkets & shopping malls are within walking distance. Adam, has been a great help, always available and helpful. I would recomment the apartment.

Vi hyrde denna helt nya lägenhet i absoluta centrum av Porto i fyra nätter. Vi fick ett vänligt personligt mottagande av en representant för värden som förklarade allt som fanns i lägenheten. Där fanns all utrustning komplett för egen matlagning och tvätt och strykning av kläder. Vi blev positivt överraskade av att ha funnit denna lägenhet och kan verkligen rekommendera den. The apartment matches the description and the pictures (is actually even better and bigger than in the photos), we've enjoyed our stay. The internet is very fast, the apartment is in the very center, all the sights are within walking distance, the neighbourhood itself is very nice

Wonderful spot near city center, close proximity to many nice bars and restaurants, just a few minutes walk from several tram stops.

This is the third time I stayed at Zoltan and Kati's place; I now feel quite at home there. The apartment is full of sunlight and nicely furnished with antique furniture and hundreds of books. When my daughter visited me for two weeks, there was a mattress and plenty of extra bedding that she could use in the huge living room. She also loved the place. I appreciate that the apartment is very quiet, with minimal to no traffic noise. As others commented, the neighborhood is wonderful and very safe, with all the amenities you would ever need, Starbucks, DM, pharmacy, health food store, Mammut shopping mall, with many great restaurants and a huge Spar inside, etc., within walking distance. Nearby Mechwart and Millenaris parks are great to wander about when the weather permits. Also, the owners are very flexible. As before, I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment and I already reserved it for two months in the fall.

I stayed in this apartment for three weeks in Budapest and had a truly wonderful experience. Aliz has been an amazing host from start to finish. She was always available and incredibly responsive, no matter what time I messaged her, she replied almost immediately with impressive kindness and warmth. It’s rare to find a host who is so attentive and genuinely caring. The apartment was in excellent condition when I arrived: very clean, well maintained, and clearly looked after with care. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the very first day. The location is also fantastic, extremely well situated, with everything you might need close by and very convenient transport connections. During my stay, the drying rack accidentally broke, and Aliz was incredibly understanding. She immediately told me not to worry about it at all. That level of understanding and generosity is not something you easily find in a host, and I truly appreciated it. I would absolutely recommend both the apartment and Aliz as a host. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I return to Budapest.

Large open-plan with a nice view and relatively easy walk into the centre of town. The slanted ceiling in the shower is a bit low but as long as you're not taller than 180cm it's fine

The host was very attentive to my questions and the apartment was as advertised: small one bedroom apartment great for one person with everything you need. I would for sure rent it again in the future given the possibility.

Our stay in São Vicente was absolutely perfect. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and in the best location for exploring the entire island of Madeira. A small but comfortable, clean and bright apartment in a quiet block on the Buda side of the city. Excellent location, close to trams and the metro, with handy supermarkets a short walk away. Excellent communication with Katalin, the host.

Michael is a great host! He had everything prepared for us for our stay and was available for any question or issue we had. He is very reliable and kind! The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the heart if the Gothic Quarter, near to two Metro stations (green and yellow) so anything in Barcelona is easily accessible from here either by foot or public transportation. I don't think there is a better located rental you can choose or a better host!

Overall, we had a really positive experience with this apartment. At the beginning of our stay, there were a couple of small things that needed a bit of adjustment for us to feel fully settled, but after that, we were able to really enjoy our time there. The flat itself is lovely—very well maintained, nicely furnished, and spacious, which made it very comfortable to live in. You can tell it’s been thoughtfully set up, and it feels like a great place to stay. The location is also a big plus, with supermarkets, transport, and everything you might need close by, as well as plenty of options for leisure. The building is quiet, which made daily life very pleasant, and we especially enjoyed the garden on sunny days.

Amazing place, amazing owner in every way!

Great accommodation with all you might need - plenty of space in wardrobes and such, a rather well-equipped kitchen (including salt and oil, which was a nice touch), a comfortable bed. Clean too. Surprisingly good and frequent connection to the centre on workdays, yet close to nature. Very nice and helpful host, always quick to offer help and solutions. The apartment is a bit cold and dark, but that much is expected, clear from the description. The one true issue I had was the lock that glitched despite my best effort to follow the advice given. Overall a wonderful place for the price.
