Perfect apartment for long stay and working remotely.

It was a pleasant stay, the apartment is very clean, with all the needed devices and utilities, check in and out was very smooth.

The best part about this apartment is its amazing location. It is in the middle of the beautiful old town and close to everything. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants, bakeries, markets, and the ocean. We especially appreciate the fast and friendly help and response from Ana and Luisa, who made us feel that we were not left alone whenever we needed something. We also enjoyed the brightness of the bedrooms, which have a huge window front and a great balcony. Thanks to the thick curtains it is easy to keep the sunlight out. The apartment was clean and has modern furniture and nice decorations. There were a couple of things that were not very suitable for us: The internet was slow in certian areas in the house. For-example it was not 100% reliable when using it in the bedrooms it was only fast when move closer to the main door or sitting on the stairs. The common area where the kitchen at was a bit dark since there is no sunlight coming in. The bedrooms are directly over the restaurant, so it gets a bit noisy when it opens up at 6 or 7 in the morning. Despite all this we really enjoyed the stay in the apartment. I can confirm the internet has now been fixed and the apartment has its own dedicated router, resulting in a fast and reliable connection. Just go for it! The service has been very good! A couple of things neded to be rearranged in the apartment, but this was done super quick and in the best way. The service was always very helpful. We have nothing to complain. The apartment has a beautiful view on the rio Tejo in the distance. The apartment is nicely styled and a nice place to stay. Thank you to the staff of Lisbeyond that did a great job!

A really cozy & comfortable studio in an amazing location. Short walking distance to all amenities including the Metro. I stayed for 6 weeks and wished I could have stayed longer. The landlord was very helpful whenever I needed anything.

it's a super cosy place with an amazing view. Well communicated with the city center, Ajuda or Belem. Nice kitchen with a brand new equipment. Super spacious bathroom. Apartment was clean an perfectly prepared. Contact both with Jose and his lovely wife Manuela was more than easy.

Amazing! This place is 5 times better than in the pictures. I loved sitting on the wonderful terrace in the sun enjoying my meals. The space itself is newly renovated and furnished and you just feel at home here. Anabela is an amazing landlord - super accommodating and top on communication. I highly recommend this space and would definitely come back!

Cosy flat, good company, good equipment.

The entire staff at MP properties is very professional and courteous. Our stay was excellent and we felt as if it was our home. Sonia went above and beyond to make sure me and my family were comfortable during our entire month stay, would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a nice, relaxing stay in Porto.

Majitelé jsou příjemní a ochotní. Byt je čistý a je vzdálen jen 3 - 5 minut chůze od metra Jinonice, takže i umístění je dobré. Určitě doporučuji :)

Great stay!

I was in Mariana’s flat for almost the entire month of November and I felt very comfortable during my stay. The room is just like it is described. A balcony, own toilet and own entrance to the apartment is a big plus. The location is good: bus stops, markets, restaurants and gym are all close by. Porto with its magnificent river is really beautiful and worthwhile to visit. I recommend it.

Luisa is a great host - I totally recommend staying at her place for at least a month! Enjoy

The flat is located the centre of Budapest (near the Central Market Hall) very easily accessible by public transport. It is very well equiped with all home devices, which you can probably need during your staying (also cooking stuff). There is nothing bad what I can say about the flat. However, there are two things I would like to highlight for future renters. Firstly if you plan to come by car, please keep in mind that there is no possibility to park a car close to this accommodation. And the most important thing (for some potentional renters): The ulitity fees (electricity, heating, water etc.) are not included in the FLATIO accommodation price (given by flat owner), so the accommodation is not so cheap as it may look like. Anyway, I still enjoyed the stay (3 months) there...

Viktoria is very humble and supportive . Flat is very good for short term and has good connectivity to public transport and near by Tesco is a big advantage .

The interaction with landlord Radim went fluently. Thanks to his flexibility the home rental went really fast. Entering the house it was nice, cosy and very clean. I enjoyed the amazing view i had from the appartment. I am really satisfied and recommend the next tenant.

This flat is AMAZING! Looks exactly like the pictures and location is incredible. Everything we needed the landlords were super quick to respond and assist. I loved my stay in Porto because of this wonderful place and highly highly recommend that if you’re thinking about it, GO FOR IT!!!

A lovely apartment equipped with everything I needed for my two week stay. Centrally located in a popular area and close to a small grocery store and a metro station. The host was very helpful and responsive to any questions or requests I had.

Peter is great! The apartment is cosy;). It's placed in a nice & trendy neighbourhood; plenty of coffee shops & nice places to eat. I'd definitely recommend it; especially during the winter time.
