Fatima gave us thorough instructions when we arrived on how to access the rental from the airport. The apartment is beautiful - better than we could have hoped. An amazing location and the flat was well equipped. Internet connection was good fo eve remote working. Area is very accessible and close to water front if wanting to cross to other side of river. Can’t recommend enough! Thank you 🌻

The appartement is amazing, it has the most wonderful view from the balcony, it's full of light, you have a lot of space to move around and the little inner garden-like space is really cosy. There isn't really any neighbour around so you really have an intimate space. The Wi-Fi is great too.

Everything was awesome here. This penthouse is very spacious, quiet with an incredible terrace with an awesome view. Communication with the landlord is fast and without any problem. He arranged a transfer from the airport for us and gave us inflatable beds for our guests. I can fully recommend this place especially for families with kids.

Very nice small studio in downtown Porto with an affordable price comparing to other nearby locations. The room has all the important amenities you need to cook your meals at home and the internet connection is reliable and fast. It's close to basically everything like supermarkets, bakeries, laundrymats, parks, malls, gyms, subway, restaurants, convenience stores, bus stations and other small family ownded shops. Daniela was super helpful and very easy to communicate with. I will surely stay here again. Thanks!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time in Guia. We arrived in mid October and stayed for a whole month. The flat is very spacious, has a lot of light and is equipped with everything you need (including washing machine, beach chairs, umbrella, ...) . Probably the best thing was the short distance to the beach where you can experience wonderful sunsets. Staying in October / November wasn't a bad choice. You have the area for almost yourself and the weather was warm enough to jump into the pool or sea.

If you arrive by car (recommended) you get a parking spot in the garage, which is directly accessible by elevator.

As for remote workers: internet is great. Just the dinning table / chairs were not that comfy.

Thank you to Catarina, our host, who was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed.

If you are looking to stay in a central location, it's a great option. Right next to everything, but still in a very quiet street and facing the center of the block. The apartment is renovated and very clean and things are of good quality. The only thing you should know is that the bathroom is outside your main door (but not shared). If that doesn't bother you, then it's a great place!

Miguel was an excellent landlord, very helpful, communicative, and fair. I liked the apartment a lot as it has a nice skylight and a pretty high ceiling. It was clean. I think the studio is suitable for one person who just needs a place to work and rest and who doesn't cook a lot. The location is great, right next to a supermarket and a bus stop and a park. I would recommend the place to others.

Very nice, clean and cozy apartment. Location is perfect, very central but not on crowdy street, internet is fast and reliable, kitchen has everything you could need (maybe apart from dishwasher but it wasnt a problem for us).

I spent there 2 months and overall it was very good experience, I can recommend it to everyone.
One small downsize is missing some furniture needed for remote work. There is only small table in the kitchen. If there would be additional one in living room (there is space for it) then it would be perfect.
