Velmi prijemny byt, ve kterem najdete uplne vsechno, co potrebujete ke strednedobemu pobytu. Byt je plne vybaveny pro home office (psaci stul), k obcasnemu prespani navstevy (rozkladaci gauc), k vareni (plne vybavena kuchyn vcetne lisovace na cesnek a struhadla). Byt je umisten ve velmi klidne lokalite, zastavka MHD je cca 5 minut pesky, autobus na metro Kacerov jede zhruba kazdych 10 minut. V pesi vzdalenosti je nekolik restauraci a vynikajici cukrarna, jediny mensi problem je supermarket, ten je cca 15 minut pesky (jedna zastavka autobusem).

The flat is nicely fitted & furnished. The only downside is that it's in a very noisy area with heavy traffic, and it can get very hot during the day because of the constant sun exposure.

Irena is a kind, funny and charismatic landlady. She is very concerned about the flat living up to the pictures and the services promised in the listing. I had some issues with wifi (it was good but because of my job I had some very technical, non-regular-usage problems) but she always was willing to help. The flat itself is very nice and cozy, good price / quality relationship. I had a comfortable time there.
The only downside of the flat might be that Koněvova street is quite noisy because of the traffic all night long.
And the only downside of Irena might be her low level of English, considering that she rents a touristic apartment.
But again, all things considered, totally recommended!
