The owners were helpful from the onset of the rental agreement. Upon my arrival to Prague (even though it was quite late) the owners met me at the apartment and helped unload my luggage. The apartment was excellent. The view gives you an almost New York vibe, especially since the living room has an amazing balcony that gives you a close-up view of central park lake, the city, culture, and the happenings of the people in Stodulky. A various mix of grocery stores are within minutes of the apartment, along with nail and cosmetic shops and places to exercise. The building is secure, clean, and quiet, and the neighbors are helpful. The apartment was stocked with every modern appliance that you could wish for. It has mixers, blenders, steamers, and things to grill or sautee food items with. The refrigerator was accommodating enough for 2-3 people that enjoy food. The apartment has a modern and sleek appeal, but the large bathroom was my favorite. Bus stops and playgrounds are in abundance surrounding the apartment. You will feel very comfortable and fortunate to land this apartment. I only wish that other Flatio owners use a bit more empathy when stocking or preparing their apartments for foreigners.

Bright, clean, roomy comfortable flat in a great location for a mid/long-term stay. Dominka was very responsive in all communications and very helpful whenever there was a question. The neighborhood is accessible to public transportation, also walkable to many landmarks (Kinsky Garden, Petrin, riverside). Good amount of shops, cafes, food options and other conveniences in the area for anything one might need. Pleasant experience here overall.

A nice apartment at the top of one of the highest buildings in Funchal with correspondingly amazing views of the city and the ocean. Its strategic position makes it ideal for those without a car as everything ranging from shops and restaurants to bus stops of all the major bus operators is located within walking distance. However, a car can be parked in a nearby car park. High-speed internet (>80 Mbps), a home office desk, a large dining table and a small table on the balcony accommodated our needs to work without disturbing each other too much. I recommend both the apartment and Susana as the host.

The house was very clean and furnished with everything. Washing machine, dishwasher, internet, TV, etc. Is very warm and comfortable, just a few hundred meters from the clock square (Staroměstské náměstí). We have been there several months and enjoyed it very much. Super recommended!! :)

Jakub je neskutečně milý a příjemný hostitel, byla radost s ním cokoliv domlouvat. Byt je v dobré lokalitě, kousek od MHD, Divoké Šárky i potravin. Vybavení je už starší, ale fotky odpovídají, takže v tomto ohledu není žádné překvapení. Pro dvě osoby už je to pro mě trošku na hraně, ale to je čistě o osobních preferencích, pro někoho to může být úplně v pohodě :)
