Our stay was very pleasant. The flat is nice, clean, equipped with wide range of appliances and feels surprisingly spacious for a studio. The neighborhood is also pleasant, we didn’t have many opportunities to explore it due to the lockdown, but there is a mall (Eden) and picturesque park (Havlíčkovy sady) with delicious brownies and wines nearby. The owner is also very kind and our communication was very smooth.

U Ivany v Karlínském bytě jsem bydlela přes půl roku a byla jsem maximálně spokojená. Ivana byla vždy na příjmu, když jsem něco potřebovala a byla vždy moc milá. Když bylo potřeba něco spravit, vždy vše zařídila co nejrychleji to šlo. Byt je pěkný a útulný, kolem je spousta restaurací, obchodů a pěšky je to na tramvaj asi 4 minuty.

Lovely place in perfect location. Room with bathroom in it was stylish, bed was comfortable, appliaces in kitchen were sufficient, communication with owners was excellent. And the value for money is 10/10. I do recommend. Thanks for lovely stay.

A beautiful house. There is everything in the house. Very nice bathroom. On the 4th floor. The windows of the house face the main street. All equipment is useful. Whenever written to Maxim, he responds quickly. I liked it so much that I extended it again.

Sabina is a very responsive, friendly, and thoughtful host. I appreciated the opportunity to stay at this very comfortable flat with great personality. Lots of care has been given to the space, and the layout allows for working and relaxing.

The flat is located in cool neighborhood with a nice mix of shops, cafes, etc. Extremely convenient walking distance to tram/metro/bus, as well as good parks and urban trails.

During the last few days of my visit, the upstairs flat played very loud music at odd hours in the evening. Sabina did her best to remedy the situation, and it helped to reduce the noise level a lot.

Overall this is a great choice for you to enjoy the city. Many thanks for a nice time.

Vse probehlo dle domluvy, byt je ve vyborne lokalite, klidny, pritom dostupnost mhd kavaren i obchodu v blizkem okoli. Byt je dispozice velmi dobre zarizen.

Útulný byt na klidném místě, skvělá dostupnost po Praze - pár minut od metra. V blízkém okolí je naprosto vše - park hned za barákem, Lidl ~5min, potraviny hned vedle vchodu, kousek do historického centra, na Vyšehrad nebo na Petřín - ideální na po obědové vycházky. Restaurace, hospody, nákupní centra, vše na dosah na Andělu. Byt je tichý, bokem mimo hlavní chodbu s výhledem do dvora, minimum silničního provozu v okolí. Stabilní a rychlý internet vhodný na home office, včetně možností práce u stolu, na gauči nebo na křesle. Pan majitel je velmi nápomocný a milý - vřele doporučuji.
